The room was spacious and had a good kitchen with full sink, mini fridge, and dining table. Walk in robe was a good addition. It isn't very far from the metro line so easy to get around.

The internal doors and cupboards were stiff and need maintenance. No sound dampening on the windows so there was lots of traffic noise. The property didn't match the listed photo so it didn't match my expectation.

The airconditioning not so responsive and take quite a while to adapt to it

Buena ubicación y tenía un súper abajo del edificio (muy conveniente) así como una estación de metro cerca. Lugar tranquilo para dormir.

El estado de ciertos muebles (manchados, un poco deteriorados). Había una mesita con 3 patas (le hacía falta 1 para y se nos regó la comida por eso).

Well prepared - friendly host and great location to explore Tokyo from. Good value for money with 5 people family and great to have a washing machine as well.

Much needed A/C is quite loud.

Location and price

No thing specific

Most of things were good but just one thing. The location is close to the Akebonobashi station but you need to walk 10-15mins if you have a stroller. Or you have to carry and take stairs. We were with 1kid and 1baby and having stroller so had to take the long way around.

Akebonobashi Station is very convenient for Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. We were able to take the portable wi fi with us when we went out, which was very convenient. Reasonable for the price.

The owner does not speak English very well, so we had a couple of instances of miscommunication. The entry procedure when you first arrive is very long and complicated - especially if you are arriving after a long trip. The instructions for how to use the combination lock on our room door were incomplete. The cooking/dining facilities were very limited. There was insufficient cutlery, and no dining table. We had to go out for breakfast. The waste bins are in the room, and started to smell after a few days. The mosquito mesh over the window in the toilet was torn, so we got a lot of mosquito bites.

everything was perfect! tout etait parfait. la chambre est vraiment grande. room is big. we were a family of four and we have lots of space (good with teenagers…) the place was quiet and clean. there is two metro stations near. the beds were confortable. i would recommand this place.

The apartment was clean, efficiënt and all worked (except for one air-conditioner). You can walk to shops, bars and restaurants, neighborhood is really nice and close to metro of needed.

One Aircon didn't work and was being repaired. Registration process was a but tedious, but once completed all good (do it before you arrive)

There is washing machine and fridge included. Located close to 曙橋 station. CP value is good.

Wi-Fi is not likely to be connected to the internet. Toilet looks a bit old. It’s located next to the fire station, alarm were heard in the midnight.

The owner was kind and responsive , he answered all our questions. Location also was very good.

Property was really really dirty. Not a nice place to stay especially with kids.

The condition of the bathroom is unacceptable. Walls and floor in bathroom went mouldy and full of black spots.

The property was as described on the booking.com Location was good, 400 meters to Akebonobashi Station. The property was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. Perfect for family of 5 or 6.

difficult for 4 people to stay . the small inside room was not possible to use . noise of traffic very high. the window cannot be covered fully so plenty of sunlight in the early morning. not enough utensils for food preparation for 4 people.

There were heated blankets, Smart TV, washer, fridge wad sticked with bottled water and black coffee and clothes drying rack

The host was rude and unclear about luggage storage and unresponsive at times. We spoke for 3 days prior to my checkin date but the issue was still unresolved. Even after I relayed the message and tried to confirm it, the host argued and said that I’m repeating my questions and was not helpful in answering it. The area is near a train station but the station doesn’t have any elevators/ escalators so luggages were difficult to bring in and out. The room was dirty, there were molds and dusts around the room. The toilet and showers were separated and far from each other and there was no bidet. Soap dispenser smells like cockroach, the shampoo & conditioner dispenser were empty. And on our second night, there was a cockroach who visited the room. We got the top floor, level 7c where rubbish were stored so as soon as you walk out of the door, there’s a cockroach smell coming from that area.

great location away from the noise and business of Shinjuku yet close enough to get to major tourist places.

Good location, plenty of towels prepared, clean room, very convenient to go to konbini.

Wifi’s a bit hard to connect

The room was very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The electronic check-in was efficient. It is well situated with restaurants and metro stations nearby.I would definitely stay here again :)

Just be aware that there is no front desk, so if you have a problem it is a bit difficult to get assistance.
