The unit is clean and furnished. It is near the mall and other restaurants nearby.
You have to book your 2-hour swimming slot and pay Php100 per person. No complimentary for atleast 2 persons being a unit guest. We only swim for 30 mins because the water is cold and too many restrictions.

Huge space for a family of 6 people, and convenient location, nearby stores and restaurants.
Staff was not honest and transparent about additional charges like use of swimming pool and comforter, even if she was supposed to give proper guidelines and orientation to the guests on house rules and charges.

Best location close to Ayala Mall and best restaurants at the cliff overlooking the volcano. Easy to ride jeepney or tricycle. Best loc if you don't have a car easy to get food etc because it's right next to the mall.

The place was clean and smelled good. The bedsheets were, too. All the details in the post were accurate. I loved the convenience of being beside the mall, the church and nearest great restaurants. The caretaker Fe was also responsive and friendly.

The unit is nice and clean. The rooms is quite big..like the TV was huge..very accessible to ayala mall which is only beside on it..i was surprised there is a free water..mineral water which is awesome
Just didn't like I can't use the washing machine for short stay..but the rest is all good

Worth the price, I need a place to stay cause I have a client call yesterday, was able to bring along my baby boy and my mom. The place was so nice. Definitely will come back here again.
We are not allowed to swim due to covid.
