It felt like home! Great hosts that left us little snacks & tide/dishwasher pods! Also a straight walk out to the beach. Very good location

The location!

the shower in the 2nd bath is horrible for getting all the sand off.

The location is perfect . The unit is decorated very nice. Coffee and tea and some small snacks were provided. Has a beautiful ocean view. . Beds were very comfortable. Didnt use the pool but it was very nice and clean .

My only complaint and this is just me I would love to have seen shower wands in the bathrooms instead of the fixed head which seems to rigid to move left or right to get out of the water stream.

The location sells the place.

The building was under construction, so the "quiet times of 10a to 10p were not followed by the building. There was banging and drilling at times before 9am. The water was shut off to the building the first morning with no heads up by the owner. There was an obvious water damage problem with neighboring units and showed signs of water issues in unit. We had no second bath/ shower for the first 2 days because the handle in the shower was broken. Second bath is plastic and cracked, probably leaking to sub floor because the bottom would bend if standing in middle. Beds were broken (wood slats would crack and move). We found a GIANT cockroach. The dishwasher was also broken. Horrible smell of fish the first night we were there, had to spray and get baking soda packs.

We liked ocean access for morning walks and proximity to village and restauratns.

Sheets were unclean on rollout bed. I could not operate television in master bedroom in spite of manual included. Simpler would have helped. Did not find Fox News anywhere on either TV.

I loved being on the beach and having a pool Close to everything

There was a really bad smell and we ran the hot water to see if it would help. We had to get other fresheners and ran the fan. Also the spray refresheners smell bad. It just felt dirty. It didn't necessarily look dirty.

Direct ocean view & access; plenty of parking; its close proximity to the event we were attending in Amelia Island; condo was clean; the MBR bed was particularly comfortable and provided refreshing sleep.

Very little - Some linens are due to be replaced.

Great area! Quiet!
