Well equiped, spacial, with nice wiew from the window. Air conditioning.

Aparment was excellent. Rooms were very comforable, kitchen fully equipped. There was beautifull view from the balcony. The apartment can be accessed via steep streets. Host and his wife are very nice and helpful.

The apartment's location is great (despite the uproad): the neighbourhood is quiet, the view from the balcony is amazing (and might be the best view in Makarska), the food shop is near (fresh bread every morning). Car garage availability is BIG competitive advantage. Apartment itself is renovated in a modern style (panorama windows in the living room, lightning). The owner is very friendly and responsive. Thank you. Makarska is a very nice place to enjoy both the old city atmosphere and beautiful beach line with its many restaurants and small shops.

1. Well, for us, the only disappointment was the cleanliness upon our arrival. We had to buy chemicals next day and clean up the toilets, kitchen appliances etc. The living room sofa also requires renewal- it is white coloured and every small dirty spot is seen making a dirty impression, so for me personally it was not possible to enjoy the sofa at its full meaning due to the issue. So, as the other feedback before, I strongly recommend to invest in quality cleaning service before every guest's arrival. 2. The other small (but very important in terms of comfort) details to consider if you want to improve the service: - Get real "puff" blankets. Not just thin fleece covers, but real blankets. - If you want to provide guests with white towels, make sure they are really white. For that I would also recommend to use professional laundry service.

This place is really excellent! The level of equipment from the apartment is top notch (only good brands equipment, AC and TV's in each room, big TV with Netflix in living room, nice oven in the kitchen and pretty much everything one would need on a daily basis. But the strongest point of this apartment is really the view from the living room and balcony which is just amazing! So in my opinion these two points are really the key points of this place. Also the place was spacious enough for us (2 adults and 3 children - 8, 6 and 6 years old) and the fact that it has 2 bathrooms was also very good for us :) Communication with host was also good and the check-in / check-out process was smooth and nice. Last but not least, the place has its own parking place and a private garage and the are was nice and safe.

The only thing that can and should be improved is the level of cleaning before receiving a new guest. We had clean sheets, towels and so on, but on arrival it was our impression that the place was not freshly cleaned (talking about vacuum and dusting) , or if it was, it was just an average / summary cleaning, not a in depth one as one would expect for such an excellent apartment. So the only suggestion for improving is to change the cleaning service or ask them to improve it a bit. Other than this, really nothing to complain about - the apartment was 10+.

We liked the view! The Matic family was very nice with us, everything was at high level! We had a lot of towels and this was great! Also we received a baby cot 😊

Staying at Apartment Paradise was one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. Starting with the excellent communications with Matic who was so hospitable thoughtful, the beautiful apartment, the breathtaking view to the see, the quiet location, the fact that we had the possibility to park two cars, and the list goes on and on. Everything about the experience was first class and the only regret is that our stay was far too short! (we even stayed one more night over the reservation and I thank Matic once again for allowing us that). The living room and bedrooms were large and comfortable equipped with everything you need - air conditioning, TV, iron, refrigerator, a generous table etc (I especially liked the lighting of the rooms), the kitchen well-equipped, a large balcony with chairs and table to admire the sea, the building well-maintained and quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean. Despite the fact that the road was long and tiring, and also the restrictions given by the SARS-CoV-2 crisis generated some impediments, I can say without a doubt that this experience was an exceptional one and I would repeat it at any time. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to see you again next year!
