As a rule, I don't like to stay in apartments during vacations, I prefer hotels. We planned to come with the dog, that's why. But the owner made us a very pleasant stay giving us everything we needed (water, beers, cola zero, wine, coffee, some snacks). I found everything in the kitchen, even lighters. I finally realized that it was the best choice. I strongly recommend.

Sven, did an amazing job with the property as far as amenities, appliances, furniture and decor. The place is brand new. Everything was clean and fresh. Photos and reviews sold me. Well worth the rental and so was the price. Location was exactly where I wanted to be. I will book this location next year for sure. Sven is the man! He’s easy to work with, flexible and overall a very nice dude :-)! Happy to give him repeat business!!

The most amazing apartment ever! Everything was incredible, you had absolutely everything you needed, from toothbrush to never ending coffee capsules. The neighborhood is wonderful, everything is green and the green view from the bedroom makes you happy to wake up every day. I truly recommend this apartment. It puts a smile on your face! 🤎🤎🤎

Absolutely nothing to complain about!

Check in was a breeze with Sven- Everthing was so professional. This is a beautiful apartment with A/C, 5 mins walk to Voula with Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Supermarkets etc. Kitchen has high spec washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven, and coffee maker. Mattress was so comfortable, and bed linen/towels were very high quality -Smart TV so you can watch Netflix etc ( don’t forget to log out!) Two great balconies, one outside bedroom, other on the sitting room side. We were greeted with cold beers- soft drinks in the fridge, pure perfection! The apartment was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It was equipped with all the appliances you would need including a spacious fridge and refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine, an iron, a hair dryer etc. Both the bedroom and the living room had air conditioning. The apartment was cosy and welcoming. The moment we entered the apartment, I felt that we are going to have a really relaxing holiday after months of COVID restrictions and uncertainty. Our bed was comfortable and we had lots of pillows to choose from. I really loved the apartment but my favourite feature by far, were amazing balconies/terraces with garden furniture and a hanging chair (I’m going to buy one for myself:-) Thank you, Sven, for your hospitality.

The apartment is located in a quiet, greener area in Voula quite near the beach and also very close to the main entertainment area of Voula with diverse restaurants for all kind of tastes. The apartment is fully renovated, it looks and feels better than in pictures with all possible amenities. It is a very good option for families with 1-2 kids. Upon arrival, the fridge was packed with basic stuff, which has been appreciated after a long journey.Our host, Sven, was very helpful, offering advice and updating us on various developments. Would not hesitate to come back, should we decide to revisit Athens.

we loved this accommodation. we stayed here for three weeks, walking distance to restaurants, playplays for our child, close to the sea. Sven was helpful with everything. we recommend it to everyone and will gladly return next time

This was the nicest Apartment I have ever stayed on Airbnb. Exceptionally designed newly renovated apartment with beautiful furniture, very comfortable bed, good space, great comfort, 2 balconies, great bathroom, quiet neighbourhood, air conditioning. Only a 5 minute walk to a local beach and also 5 minutes to the Boula shops, restaurants and bars. The host, Sven was so helpful, kind, and provided all support and checked up with me regularly to see if I needed any assistance. Every detail was considered - some fruit, sweets, breakfast, beach towels. The balconies are beautiful and nice to sit on and relax in the morning and evening with your coffee or a wine. Thanks again for your hospitality. I look forward to returning again on my next trip without doubt.
