The apartment is almost perfect. Very nice size, extremely clean, such a lovely host, and everything can be found in the apartment (all kitchen equipment, iron etc.)

Actually the location could be a little bit better. Almost 30 mins to the Old town. Little consolation: beautiful Sports Center & shopping possibilities nearby

Everything! The apartment is modern, extremely well equipped (we even had metals straws for our ice coffee!) and clean. The building has an elevator and you get a parking space. To top it all off, the host is very friendly and takes care of her guests. Luce, hvala za sve! :)

The stay at Luce Gold Apartment was wonderful. The owner of the flat is an incredibly nice person who showed us many places, restaurants and things to visit in the city. The flat had everything we needed, even a hair straightener. And that is rare. The flat very clean, towels and bed linen too. Constant contact with the owner when needed and we appreciated very much the effort she put into making our stay the best. Would definitely recommend to anyone, location a dozen minutes from the centre but walking distance to a very pleasant area. In addition, there are also buses to the centre. We could not have imagined a better stay and better service.

The communication with the host, Mrs. Lucija, was very good from the beginning and throughout the stay. She helped us with a very late check out and provided us with very useful tourist information about the Zadar area. We were also able to leave our luggage in the apartment a few hours after check out. The apartment complies with the presentation on Booking.com, it has all the facilities for a very good quality stay. Thank you again Lucija for supporting a very successful vacation. We hope to meet again.

Nice, modern apartment, kitchen equipped, parking next to the building, very nice host

First of all, wonderful host Lucija, very attentive and friendly, follow her advice for local places to eat and visit! The apartment is in the residential area approx. 20 min walk to the old town and beaches New building in the very new residential area which is still being constructed nearby. Supermarket is across-the-road (Studenac) and 5-7 min walk (Lidl). KItchen is well equipped (dishwasher and oven), full set of coffee-tea-oil-spices, etc. In my opinion, a good option to stay in the peak season, a bit outside of tourist crowds. May also have a parking slot (check with the host) as there is a large parking place close to the building. Having a car would be a pleasant bonus to allow travelling around Zadar but it is not necessary for the town as you may easily access many places by foot or using ferry boats.
