Wow! A simple wow can best describe this place. A very attentive host (thanks for the champagne bottle, a very nice touch) and with quick responses and some very nice recommendations. There is a large balcony going around the building and the views, wow the views, are simply out of this world. You can see all the way to Jomtien in one direction and to the sea there but also a very nice sea view towards the Walking Street in the complete other direction with mountain and city view in between It was all there. We simply loved sitting on the balcony. What was also all there was all the stuff in the apartment that was equipped with literally everything one could ask for and we could easily have stayed a longer period of time and not missing anything that you need for everyday use. Everything from washing machine, oven, microwave to all possible utensils and kitchenware and beyond not to mention the fact that the apartment was very clean and very well looked after. The building offer many facilities such as massage, swimming pool, pool table, ping-pong table, sitting areas, sauna, steam room and a restaurant by the pool. The free WIFI was working very well in our unit which is a huge plus and the location is quite central with a closeness to everything in Pattaya. Very easy to get around. The host was very fast in responding when we sent messages and very attentative. This is an absolute recommend and we will absolutely be back without a doubt making this our go-to place when we visit Pattaya from Bangkok.

We can't complain about anything as the apartment and stay was way above any expectation that we had arriving. It really shows that the owner and host have taken time and attention to details to enable a very comfortable stay and everything that is needed for daily life is right there.
