It’s location is the only positive, that being said it is on one of the busiest corners of Sea point, so not quiet.

Poor customer service, apathetic owners, lack of professionalism.

Very nice place. Good location in this otherwise crimeinfested city. Close to the ocean. Close to supermarkets and excellent restaurants. Close to MyCiTi bus stop (but not easy to find a place to buy the neccesary card for the bus). Friendly and helpfull staff.

Traffic noise - but really only an issue when you opened the door.

Todo, la ubicación es privilegiada, sobre todo si vas a tomar los tours del bus rojo, ya que la parada queda a media cuadra y serás de los primeros en tomarlo para elegir una buena ubicación dentro del bus, hay restaurantes cerca, supermercado, la costanera esta a dos cuadras del lugar y la piscina municipal a 4 cuadras aproximadamente, el personal muy amable, nos permitió dejar las maletas posterior al check out para aprovechar nuestro último día en cape town hasta la hora de llegada de nuestro uber.

The road is extremely busy. We were allocated a room that was different from the option we had selected when booking. Property smelled as if people had been smoking inside in the evening.

Fridge was not on when we go there, no light by dressing table/desk. Could get TV going: no instructions. No antislip mat or railing in the shower.

My stay at the Albatross Suite was outstanding in every respect. The quality of the rooms the furnishings. The staff are absolutely brilliant. They helped me in every way immediately and so thoroughly. I have nothing but praise for them all. They do a superb job every day. They operate to the highest standards. And I have to say they became genuine friends during my stay there. Anthony Pierrette. Joelle. And her lovely friend. (Forgive me I just can't quite remember her name.) The garden is exquisitel. You would never know it exists from outside. But inside, it's like the Garden of Eden. And it's incredibly peaceful. Donald the owner was very accommodating to me when I need to change rooms. And has bent over backwards to accommodate my wishes on my future stays. Truthfully I can't wait to go back. I am so happy there. And also this is very important to say. It is very safe. Because they have security cameras. And there is always a staff member on site 24 hours a day. The location is fabulous. Minutes away from a huge variety of shops and cafes. 2 minutes from the ocean.

Well in order to be very truthful I can say that building work next door was annoying. Of course this is not at all the fault of the Albatross. Can be a bit noisy by the kitchen. Which is why I requested a move. Which the staff facilitated perfectly. Truly there's NOTHING I didn't like. It was honestly enchanting to be there. I would never wish to be anywhere else. A million thanks to you all for making my stay so memorable and unforgettable. Michael xxx

Location excellent for my purposes. On a corner of a busy road.

Basics were not available, hairdrier, access to usb charger, TV didnt work from time to time and wifi was not great. I did not spend a lot of time there but found these aspects inconvenient. I was there mainly in the nights when no one was around so if I needed anything it was not available.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The location is central, the room well-equipped and off-street parking is great. I had to change the dates of my trip and the staff accommodated me, which I appreciate very much. The room was cozy and quiet and the bed very comfortable. As I was travelling for work, I loved having a desk with conveniently located plugs and good lighting.

I missed having breakfast, but at the price this is not a serious complaint. There is a fridge in the room, so one can bring your own.
