Amazingly beautiful place directly on the beach, it even has a privat beach part where are the beach beds already free to use! In front of the apartment is a nice garden with the coal/wood grill. Left and right are plenty of restaurants, all around. We tried some of them, we were happy with the quality. Also, all kinds of shops all around the apartment, everything reachable without a need of a car or some transport. The apartment itself was amazing: 2 FullHD TV-s (sleeping room, living room) 2 Air Conditionings (sleeping room, living room), really clean, new practictly, kitchen fully equiped to cook, and they also have the dishwasher and the double fridge (with deep cooler). In the bathroom we had the biggest shower which we have ever seen, there is a washing mashine redy to ne used as well and plenty of the clean towels. The host: George- helpful and kind until 100% Definately to recommend, since we do not have 1 thing to complain us for! TOP!

George is just wonderful host. The best we've ever come across. He welcomed us, made sure we have everything we need and beyond, told us to check out late we he wasn't expecting guests that day, just the best guy ever! We will definitely come back to his wonderful place.

Really nice apartment, in front of the beach. Perfect to enjoy a really good holiday with the family. Private seabeds on the beach, witch is quite sandy and easy access for kids. George and his family are wonderful, they assists you for every problem and always helpful and so kind.

It is a lovely place to stay. We can recommend it. Everything was clean, new and the owner and his family take care of their guests. The restaurant around the corner provides delicious breakfast. Other restaurants have delicious dinners. The beach is not overcrowded and the location is very good because you can reach all places of the western part of Crete within a reasonable time. We also liked proximity to the beach and the sunbeds of the apartments.

We stayed in the apartment with the terrace directed to the street. At the beginning we thought it will bother us but actually it was no problem. Especially in the morning we enjoyed our coffee there.

Very nice appartment and friendly owners. Took us to a doctor to Chania when I got sick. The owners take a very good care of the appartments and garden. Nice towels. Wonderful terrace. Spent a lot of time there. Clean and quiet. Restaurants near and good supermarket within walking distance.

No microwave. We wished to have more forks and knives. Beach water gets dirty, when it's windy and there are high waves. On the other hand there are breakwaters making the waves smaller. (Big waves are common on Crete and are sometimes almost on every beach depending on the wind direction.)

This was one of the best holidays we ever had! It was our first holiday with our son, who was 4 months at the time, and we wanted an apartment with all of the amenities that would also be right on the beach. The Kolymvari Cozy Seafront apartment really exceeded our expectations! It is modern, decorated with taste, has a really well equipped kitchen, a big bathroom (including a washing machine), many towels including beach towels that were changed regularly, and last but not least there were water bottles, a big bowl of fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us when we arrived. The host George and his wife are the loveliest people, available for anything you might need during your stay. They even brought us a special baby bathtub as we didn’t have one for our son, and also gifts for him and us before we left! Also another great point to mention are the private beach beds and umbrellas on the beach right in front of the apartment and the many nice restaurants and tavernas just footsteps away from the apartment. Try the pancakes from Mylos next door for breakfast, and also their cakes, they are delicious. Thank you George and Aria for a great holiday 😊

The apartment was brand new, exactly as in the pictures. It was spacious and well equipped, with a lovely garden and beach view. It was great to have a washing machine and dishwasher. George was very welcoming and helpful. A great place to visit the nearby Falassarna and Balos, also not too far from Elafonisi.

The village itself was basic but had a big supermarket. We often went to Chania for a walk in the evenings as it offered more restaurants.

The best place to stay in the whole area. Lunch place 10 steps away, beach 10 steps away, bus to Xania 10min walk, grocery shop 10min away, restaurants 2 min walk. Wi-fi speed super fast at the apartment. Paradise! The owner met us on our arrival, we had a lovely chat. The evening before our departure, they arrived again to say good bye and gifted us an exeptional box of baklava from the nearby confectionery shop. Wonderful hosts, always available on Whatsapp when we had a question. The place opened in 2021, so the building is fresh and very clean. Spacious and comfortable shower area in the bathroom. Kitchen equipped well enough to cook a dinner. Coffee maker, electric chopper/blender, few pots and pans were available. The garden is well kept, ahh in overall, BRILLIANT place.

Power cut on Sat and Sun between 6am and 11am. Apparently that happens on the island few times per year, a lot of places are prepared having power generators, and maybe that is something for the owners to consider? Had it happend on our departure day, it would've been a bigger issue

The Host/owner is very friendly and welcomed me with some sweets. The apartments are all new, very comfortable, everything you need for a stay is there. The house is directly at the new and nice beach. The house is highly recommended. There are some nice and good restaurants very close.

Indeed the place is as cosy as the name suggests. Very nice, clean and with a great apartment layout, not to mention the view. George was a very attentive host, I felt welcome and there was nothing missing. Big plus for comfortable bed (!)

Always something to be found which can be improved, wi-fi was fast and worked well most of the time but had some break ups now and then. A minor niggle was remembering to switch on the water heater when you needed to shower. Other than that not much. The only real issue I had was with BLM administration (the people coordinating check in, payment etc), had to wait for check in despite knowing my time of arrival and my (valid) credit card couldn't be processed which caused concern for consecutive days.

Everything was arranged very nice and the hosts have thought about every single thing. I arrived earlier then expected but they arranged that I could already enter the appartment. The style is very nice!

We loved the lay out of the apartment and the view! we also appreciated being able to wash clothes after 2 weeks in Greece! free sunbeds on the beach was also a big plus! The owner, George, was very sweet and helpful! Could not be better!

Our stay was perfect from start to end. 11+/10!! The place is immaculately clean, very very spacious, and right on the beach with private sun beds. Location was ideal for travelling to different areas such as the Samaria gorge and elafonisi beach. Free parking right beside the apartment and many many different and delicious (and reasonably priced) restaurants just a few steps away. Delicious gelato right behind the apartment. Our fav lunch spot was Freshness (close walk and open till midnight). George is such a sweet host!!! He welcomed us with an unexpected delicious & beautiful honeymoon surprise (thank you so much!!!) and he was there to answer all of our questions. Very comfortable and clean apartment with gorgeous view and terrace! We had a lovely time there.

The location is great and the apartment was really cozy, we had all that we needed as we stayed for a week.My only recommandation would be to have a marked parking as there were days when we had to park up the road as the parking slot indicated by the host for us was occupied by someone else.

Everything was perfect - from the location, to the property it was amazing. It was clean, prepared, modern and a beautiful apartment and it was located 1min next to the beach and the best local restaurants in Crete. Best of all, the owner George was absolutely so helpful and welcoming, he waited for us to arrive and was always responsive, kind and helpful. He invited us to his family gatherings and went beyond to celebrate with our special occasion. I am very happy with the stay and would love to go back again to enjoy the Greek culture and hospitality that they provide. I am very grateful for the kind touch with the bottle of champagne, the fruits, coffee and the bottled water they provided, as well as the numerous amenities they also provide for us to make it a special experience. George and Aria is the best host don't hesitate to book with them!

Breakfast was not included but there is some beautiful cafes with the perfect breakfast next door so it is even better as you can have it by the sea. Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The owner was at the property when we arrived and showed us around. Told us the best places to eat and things to do during our stay. He was very friendly and personal! There was cold water in the fridge and welcome beer and wine. The kitchen and apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. The apartment comes with private beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach so no fighting to find a spot to get some sun and cool off. The location is beautiful and the small town has everything you will need. The people are friendly and helpful! Bonus, was that my wife forgot two dresses in the apartment and owner called us right away and met us the next day to give us the dresses back. He went out of his way to be helpful and it was very much appreciated by my family. We will definitely be back again!

We truly loved this place, the only regret we have is only staying one night! If I had to offer one piece of advice I would recommend offering beach towels but this is not a deal breaker at all.

We liked everything starting from the lovely hosts that made this place feel like home. The location was perfect for us, away from crowds but right next to the beach, with a shop nearby and an amazing restaurant in front. Everything we needed was already in the apartment, working remotely is also very easy as the is plenty of space and a good internet connection. I am very happy that we could spend some time there and will be returning in the future :)

Stayed for 3 nights with my boyfriend. An amazing brand new apartment with a private beach. We had everything we needed. Very clean apartment and cozy Aria the host was very helpful. We will come next year for sure!! I recommend it for everyone.

An amazing experience! Just a few steps away from the beach, which was not very crowded at any time. George, the host, was delightful and very helpful! He helped us find our way to Kissamos, in order to take the boat to Balos. The apartment was brand new and well equipped. We couldn't ask for anything more.
