The upper level of the pool has a shallow kiddie area shaded by a large cabana. A sweet waterfall graces the lower pool area, with hot tub nearby. This home's open floor plan includes a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, wifi, Apple tv, queen size sleeper sofa, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and soft-close cabinets, and a spacious dining room with large oak table and insert that accommodates eight. Two bedrooms both with high quality, firm, new mattresses (1 king, 1 queen ), 2 full baths (the master has a large tile & glass shower as well as soaking tub and double sinks,) huge master closet, an alcove study, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The lanai is surrounded by lush landscaping and neighboring constructed waterfalls add a hushed whisper of rushing water for your enjoyment. An attached 1-car garage offers private parking and easy and direct access to the house (fits small, compact car). This lovely home provides a retreat in the manner of the relaxed Hawaiian lifestyle, or easy access to visit the many wonderful sites nearby. The Nihilani at Princeville Resort is nestled in the upscale and private neighborhood of Princeville, on Kauai's lush North Shore. Nihilani is near the Makai Golf Course and Princeville Tennis Club, and within walking distance of the famous Queen’s Bath and elegant St. Regis Hotel, with restaurants, shops and public beach. Other nearby attractions include the quaint “ old Hawaii” town of Hanalei, and gorgeous Hanalei Bay, a 2-mile long sandy beach with a vista of "Bali Hai.” Drive a little further and you will find Haena, well-known for its surfing, and Tunnels Beach, a snorkeling mecca. A bit further is Ke’e Beach, a lovely cove where a hike along the famous Na Pali coast offers unreal seascape views. Nearby activities include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping, tennis and golf. This home has an assortment of outdoor gear for your pleasure, including a kayak, surfboard, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogey boards, and bicycle. Jungle Paradise
Our stay was fantastic! Having been to Kauai several times we opted to stay in Princeville this time. Location was a little far from the south side where we had a couple of activities planned but extremely close to Hanalei, which is our favorite anyway! The pictures don’t do the unit justice. It was much larger and so much more well kept than the pictures portrayed it to be. The pool was great and we did take advantage of the grill area because the unit is just across from both. Such a great deal for your money and we will absolutely book again. Thank you for the great place to relax!

Very clean, convenient and good communication
Our unit at Nihilani had everything we needed. Unit was clean, beach towels and chairs available for us to use, and all went seamless. Location was very convenient. Also took advantage of the pool to meet up with other family members staying at the same complex. Would stay here again.

Stylish & Comfortable Condo
The condo is in a great location in Princeville with a large two car garage. It is decorated very Hawaiian stylish but not over the top and it all made sense. The collection of beach equipment is fantastic but you should know the surfboards are not usable. There was only one and it was missing fins and a leash. We rented a couple of boards for our stay. We were hoping the one's with the unit would alleviate that but was probably too much to hope for. The unit was clean and had everything you needed for a wonderful stay.

Loved it!
The condo was in (opinion) the best location, Princeville. The grounds were clean, pool area well kept with a lovely waterfall. The unit was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay again. There was a minor issue with the slider lock and we alerted them to it and they were quick to respond. A great choice for accommodations!

Great Property
The house was very clean and beautiful. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. The home itself is a 10/10!
We did book this location because it had a really nice community pool, but unfortunately the pool was closed for the majority of our stay. Our friends who were staying next door under a different management company received more updates regarding this issue (the closure was extended and our manager didn’t even let us know) and also received a credit back for the inconvenience (we did not). Our friends also received a lot of communication on things to do on the island and more in depth instructions. We actually relied on them more so then our manager.
So overall this property was so beautiful and maintained, but the management company (when compared to others) needs some work.

Condo 11A
The rental was very comfortable, close to the pool and hot tub area. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The rental condo itself was clean and had everything readily available you might need for your vacation, ie: beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. The towels provided for the beach, could be upgraded. Found them to be a bit worn. The lani was nice to sit on in the mornings with coffee and enjoy the beautiful birds and garden. King bed was super comfy. We did encounter one cockroach in the kitchen, on the counter the first night. We killed it and saw no more after that. At first it really upset my wife but as we didn’t see anymore it was forgotten and we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of storage room in condo. Furniture a bit dated but gave a nice Hawaiian vibe. The grounds are quiet and people were kind and happy. There were other renters in the other parts of the condo but we heard nothing and we were not disturbed by others. The car lights coming in the master bedroom window, woke us a few times and it was a bit noisy being on the main road that enters the complex. Over all a pleasant stay.

Hanalani 11a
This unit in Princeville is very nice and comfortable and the pool area is lush and beautiful. The lanai is lovely and relaxing surrounded by beautiful plants that also make it more private. The guest bed was a bit too firm, but we used the mattress foam that was provided and made it more comfortable. The pots and pans looked old and worn out. However, the manager was quick to respond and replaced them with a new set of pots and pans. She also put traps for cockroaches in the garage and laundry room. Overall, we had a wonderful two-week stay.

Beautiful spacious condo in Princeville
We had a fabulous time here. Our party consisted of 4 adults and we were all comfortable. The condo is gorgeous and spacious. The bedrooms re on opposite sides of the condo with the kitchen, dinning room and living room in between. It was fully stocked with everything we could have ever used even a kayak! We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise
We had a great stay and this condo is awesome! It was VERY well equipped, clean and we loved the split-bedroom layout. It is ideal for two families. The beds were very comfortable. The location in Princeville is great. There isn’t a Mountain View from the unit, but as soon as you step out the door, you have a beautiful view! The owners were very responsive to any need we had. The only two negatives are the traffic from the road that T’s directly in front of the unit, and the foot noise if there are tenants upstairs. Other than those two things, this was GREAT!

We slept and ate well in 11A, the condo was quite roomy and very comfortable for our stay. Here's a quick summary:

*well appointed (from appliances to sharp steak knives)
*tons of room to spread out and unpack
*safe and convenient location with lots of walking/jogging accessibility
*beach toys - we really enjoyed the kayak and made sure our rental vehicle could transport the goodies
*water fountains across the street helped mask the traffic noise when the door was open.

*easy check-in/out procedures
The downsides -
*all beach umbrellas were broken, bike tires were flat and we couldn't find a pump, snorkel gear was sandy (but we had our own).

Nice place
This is a nice condo. There is a lot of room and there are a ton of beach things in the garage (chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrellas etc.). The lanai has nice furniture but due to proximity to the road it's pretty loud. Pool and hot tub are super nice. Could use a new couch at some point .

Wonderful vacation condo for a family
We had a wonderful experience renting Nihilani 11A. The location was great in Princeville, just a short drive to the center and the condo was right near the pool in the complex. The condo was very clean and super well stocked with beach gear for a family- sand toys, towels, chairs, and more, and the kitchen and house was nicely stocked as well for cooking in. Everything was very comfortable and the master room was huge! Our baby pack n play fit in the master closet and worked so well!! The only issue was the two bedroom tvs didn't work properly. Really enjoyed this place and would definitely book here again though.

We loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, it was clean and had everything we needed. A fully stocked kitchen and plenty of beach gear. We were in Kauai celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and having this beautiful condo to stay in helped yo make our trip perfect.

Awesome property!!
Mahalo, we had an awesome stay in your beautiful property! The location and amenities were stunning. The home was clean and wonderfully stocked with fun things for us to enjoy. We took advantage of the grill and pool are the most, and enjoyed dinners outside in the covered porch area. The property is located in a prime location for enjoying the natural beauty of Kauai including walking paths, beaches, and great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely consider returning in the future. Thanks for the hospitality.

30th Anniversary/Retirement/ Birthday Trip
Nihilani 11A was lovely. Clean. Had all the amenities we needed. The pool & neighborhood were beautiful, quiet and very convenient for biking, hiking, running, walking. Also convenient to all the beaches & sights we wanted to see. Princeville is our favorite location on Kauai, we were married there & have visited several times. Two things, being in a ground floor unit, you can hear the guests upstairs, and the unit is on the main road between several different resorts & condos. So you do get a bit of traffic sounds & car lights in the condo, but not a deal breaker. We were very happy with the accommodations! The living room furniture was not the most comfortable, but lovely & clean, new, I think. ( you can't have high end furniture in a rental tho-) Again not a deal breaker, you are outside most of the time anyway.The beds were very comfortable. My husband is a Chef, so we ate in almost everyday. The kitchen was very large & had everything we needed. We felt the condo was a lot more spacious (as well as the lanai) than it appeared on the website. We were very pleased. We will definitely rent there again. Thank you! I would recommend arranging a late checkout early on, especially if you have a late flight out. We were not able to get one, as we were told the property had back to back rentals. Another option is a spa day at the Princeville Resort, maybe the management could suggest that when late checkout is not available. We truly enjoyed that too. Thank you!

We enjoyed nihilani 11a. It was clean, smelled good and all the basic necessities were already there. The attached garage and laundry room were so convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We took some evening walks and it was so pleasant. The pool was just right. We enjoyed our stay at nihilani I 11a.

We loved our stay at Nihilani! The condo was perfect for our family of 5, and the location was just beautiful. We loved having all the amenities of home - full kitchen, laundry, garage parking leading right into the house, lots of equipment for activities stored in the garage, comfortable beds, closet space, air conditioning, and more. The location in Princeville is in one of the most beautiful places on the island! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Wonderful condo in Princeville
We were very impressed with the condo at the Nihilani- nice and clean unit, spacious and conveniently located. We were excited to have chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and beach things to use during our stay. The smaller chairs and boogie boards/surfboard were a bit worn and could be replaced. It was not an issue for us, but could be beneficial for other renters. The complex was quiet. We will definitely rent this unit again. Mahalo!
