The property is clean and great located.

The windows were to the street side which is quite busy so noise isolation could be better

The suite was spacious, modern and clean. It had a separate lounge with a well equipped kitchenette and sofa/bed. The bedroom was a good size with comfortable bed and crispy linen. Shower was modern and clean and a good size. The suite had a balcony overlooking the bus station. Its an ideal location for catching buses to other parts of Crete and also getting a bus to the airport. Chania port is just a 10 minute walk away. The reception staff are very friendly and quick to respond.

All was good. There was nothing not to like about the Antel.

Everything. This place is amazing. Staff is ultra friendly and rooms are super modern and comfy. Matress and sheets are top tier quality. Room are spacious. AC works great. Wi-Fi is good. There is an elevator at the property to help you go up with your luggage. It was probably the most polite, friendly and nice staff we have ever dealed with. True greek hospitality. You get the comfort and treatment of a 5 star hotel

Nothing. It can be a little difficult to park nearby but that's because the property is so well located and Chania old town is very busy

We had paid extra for an upgraded room but it wasn’t immediately obvious how it differed from all the other rooms in the hotel. Unfortunately our room overlooked the main bus station and was on the corner beside a very busy road, so we kept windows shut and never used the balcony. Beware of the step at the doorway to the bathroom.

Nice appartement and friendly/helpful staff at the reception. Location is directly next to the bus stop if you prefer to travel with the bus.

Unfortunately the balcony view is not nice at all. Therefore I did not use it. The balcony was not worth paying this price for the Apartment. The Apartment has no air Conditioner. The pillows are too big and very uncomfortable. The noise of the doors and From outside (barking dogs) is very loud at night.

The hospitality of the reception is incredible! They were so nice and watched out bags so we could go out while our room was getting ready. They gave us so many good restaurant recommendations too! They texted me on WhatsApp and called when the room was ready, so it was great to feel that we had someone we could contact if we needed anything. The rooms themselves were so clean and large and all came equipped with a kitchen and a very nice bathroom. They even gave us some snacks and water which was helpful to take before the flight. It’s also so close to the bus station so when we arrived from Heraklion it was an easy walk and it was so quick to take the airport bus. The hotel is a quick walk to the main shops and 10 min to the water. This hotel is such good value for the money!

Brilliant welcome,a late arrival but staff were very helpful in helping us out with a safe place to drink. The following morning the staff agreed to let us extend our stay untill our bus departs.

The rooms are quiet. The mattress was super comfy with nice duvet and sheets. Black out curtains helped us sleep well. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect. Just near the bus station, we don't need to worry about being late. The host Xanthi, is so kind. I made a mistake using the safe, but she kept coming and fixing it. Also, she gave me lots of information about Chania.

It was very noisy, we spent a week almost without sleep. We had a room with city view, which meant the windows would be right by the busy road and bus station. At first the staff was friendly when we checked in, but as soon as we needed help (we couldn't sleep because of the noise), no one even tried to help us. We were simply ignored and answered coldly and indifferently.

The beds were awesome! Almost never had such a great bed while travelling. Also there was no noise from outside the appartments and the room was really really clean. The harbour and city of Chania were in walking distance so we could do everything by foot. The beach was about 15 minutes walking from the apartment. A plus as well was the fact you are in front of the bus station. We arrived in Chania by bus and went to the airport by bus as well. It was really easy with our luggage we only had to walk for a minute and didn't had to take a taxi. The host was really friendly. Not a question was to much and she made us feel really welcome. We have had quite a couple of accommodations in Greece, but Antel Suites & Apartments was the best by far.

Antel is located in the center of city Chania, next to the bus station which makes it an ideal place to stay if you plan to use public transportation. The apartment building and the room look very new and are very clean. The photos from Booking accurately reflect how the rooms look in real. The host is very welcoming and cares much about the guests, which is super nice.
