Overall, my stay at this booking near the beach was an absolute delight. The idyllic location, impeccable accommodations, and outstanding service combined to create a truly unforgettable experience. I would really recommend this place, highly to anyone seeking a tranquil coastal retreat. I am already eagerly looking forward to my next visit, as I know it will be just as remarkable as this one.

I liked everything especially the room service for breakfast Caroline was so kind and sweet she made our stay very comfortable. KD was so caring and checked up on us everyday he really goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable

Spacious lots of rooms with beds everything needed equipped, staffs are friendly and kind. Shared pool is good my son liked it so much.

I visited that place with my son who has autism spectrum. He likes looking around the premises. and likes to use the elevator. The moment we arrived there, the elevator was operating but the owner found my son, then the elevator was switched off. Did not ask anybody in the premise but a bit strange. Concluded it went out of the order. They served meals at the premise but the chef always brings menu I did not choose. It happened two times. Rooms are generally very good. There are too many mosquitoes inside the apartments. During the day, I was told that I should use the fans but still a bit hot. Because of mosquitoes, was not able to open the windows for daytime. AC was equipped but we had to use it only during night time. My daughter stained the white blanket so it was required to pay USD 20. I am not sure the discoloration came off or not.

That was the best choice to stay live here! Very safe and cozy place. New furniture, big apartments, a wonderful view from the apartment to the ocean! Highly recommend! I thank the whole team of English residence! I travelled alone and they all helped to spend in Mombasa the best time. The Chef James cooked very good pieces of food, Rajab helped me with the elektronics stuff, Silas answered the all questions. All of them were very kind to me. Thanks a lot to the owner that Residence who managed everything for me including the transfer to the airport!

Security of the area

The view is spectacular across the channel into the port. It is a very peaceful place, easy to relax. We particularly enjoyed the food prepared by James, it was delicious. I can highly recommend English Point Residence.

It was a large apartment with fabulous views of the bay while watching the shipping containers pass in the distance. Very comfortable, a home from home and very secure

The apartment we stayed in had full sea-view; due to this we could enjoy the fresh oceanic breeze. The large balcony had a view to both the pool and the ocean and could be accessed from the bedrooms and the living room. We were provided with a fan for each room, even though the rooms were fitted with air conditioning systems. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage and with general information throughout our stay. Cleaning was done daily, at times twice a day! The owners of the property were remarkable! They personally checked us in and made us very comfortable. Throughout our stay they kept asking if there’s anything they could supply us with to make us even more comfortable.

The location is so central to Mombasa proper. Mr KD was an incredible host. He made my cousin and I feel so safe and welcomed. He arranged a cab driver and tour and recommended plenty of places to visit. It's also one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever been in, my jaw literally dropped at the view, the pool. I woke up at the crack of crack to take a swim. My only regret was not staying long enough to experience the private beach. The cleaning staff was also quite friendly and professional. Oh my gosh and the onsite dog. Bobbbyyyyy ah I died what a sweetheart.

Honestly it's so meager but, I had booked this apartment because of the AC-- It's not central AC just in the bedrooms and there is a surcharge if you do end up using it during the day. We had fans and because the apartment is so high up they opened up the windows and we had a nice afternoon breeze. Again. So tiny cause everything else was great.

The apartment was spacious and lavish. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Also, the location was perfect. It was worth every penny.

Price was really high compared to other places with the same number of residents. Power got turned off to the entire unit because the AC was used during the day instead of just coming and talking to me about it. The passive aggressive approach doesn't sit well with me. Especially when it is super hot and humid out. Sat for hours with no TV, no internet, no fans, nothing, was thinking that there was a power outage to the area until I heard the elevator ring. Wow...

There is a $50 deposit that you give to the owner as a security, we misplaced our key inside the apartment and we did not get even half of that money back on the day of our departure Their house rules are more than 30, it felt like we were at a boarding school all over again Air conditioning can be used from 7pm to 7pm, if you require air conditioning during the day, you have to pay an additional charge of $10 The 10 pm curfew was also strange

Great place for a family holiday. Hospitable and lovely hosts.clean and modern facilities. Quiet and great views to the sea. Will certainly be back again.

I enjoyed my stay at English Point Apartments. As a solo female guest, the staff made me feel very safe. When I asked the owner about dinner options, he called a restaurant on my behalf and ordered what I wanted as I was unfamiliar with the area and reluctant to go out late in the evening on my own. I'm truly grateful that they went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms and view are also very beautiful.

Nothing everything was superb!

The apartment was exactly like the photos we saw on the booking site. Upon entering the place, you are faced with gorgeous views of the blue ocean. That same view is to be found in two further bedrooms. The apartment is large and the rooms are very big with ample space to store your luggage and hang your clothes. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite modern bathroom, which was highly appreciated. The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioners. The Kitchen is well equipped with the amenities we needed during our stay. you can sit and enjoy the scenery from the balcony, looking directly towards the sea and Mombasa beach and skyline. One feels very safe in this building with a steel gate and staff always on hand to support with any ask. The host and his team are very warm and welcoming. One can always ask and receive support and tips from the host and team. They also have an adorable and super nice dog called Bobby, which our daughter enjoyed playing a lot with. And take strolls on the private beach with too. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Absence of air conditioning in the living room

As soon as I got there I was already planning on my next vacation back...I will definitely go back and stay a little longer this time...It's quiet, serene, private and most importantly safe...I actually did not want to leave my room.

A shorter and better route to the beach would be nice without entirely having to leave the property from the main gate...outdoor chairs and seating area with a bonfire would be asking for a bit too much but why not right?

Value for the money. Extremely nice place. The caretaker and security guard made our stay pleasant.

I tend to travel a lot for work and from the many properties I have stayed in, English Pointe stood out highly. The property is spectacular with gogegous views and high end home comforts. I will definately return not just for the beautiful home away from home but the genuine warmth and welcoming vibe I experienced from the first second. My amazing hosts KD and Tasneem were so considerate that I immediately felt safe and part of the family. I will never forget the delicious meals they so lovingly shared with me. From the spectacular salt water pool to my gigantic bathtub overlooking the ocean its a must stay and will always be my first choice when coming to Mombasa again. You can tell from the super clean apartment to the decor items on how much care and attention to details the owners have shown in the home. The location is perfect with close by resraurants, stores and mall a few minutes away. The support staff Rajab, Magdalina and Caroline were so helpful and always had a huge smile on their face! I felt like a Queen with all the attention and care i recieved from all of them. I fell in love with Bobby the friendly and handsome Labrador who loved to play catch ball and is the super star of the property, I will miss you Bobby. I highly recommend English Pointe to any short or long term traveller and will definately be returning very soon! Thank you so much for all your hospitality! It was a 10/10 stay for me!

Nothing, I loved every day of my stay!

The apartment was fantastic! Incredibly modern, well furnished, clean and spacious. Definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal too. The staff within the apartment blocks are amazing. Nothing was too much for Caroline and Rajab. They were always so accommodating, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We felt welcomed from the moment we got there and it was definitely sad to have to leave. However, the number 1 staff is Bobby the Labrador! This gorgeous four legged member of the team was always ready to greet you. He's super friendly and always looking to play. We loved that Rajab would allow us to spend time with Bobby when we wanted. Overall the apartment was great and our stay was brilliant, thanks to Caroline and Rajab!

The location and the ambience

Hotel is located in a quiet place, very private. Rooms were clean and spacious Staff were very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Hosts became like family, constantly checking up on us making sure we were comfortable.Breakfast being served in our apartment was a great surprise.
