The property is in a perfect location to explore the city. Tito was an excellent communicator and met us at the vaporetto. He settled us in to the apartment and provided some good restaurant suggestions.
The front door is a little tricky but Tito talked us through it.

The host Tito is an exceptional host . He informed us and kept updating us on the travel options from the train station ( as the annual regatta was on the day we arrived ) and then came and met us half way to take us to the apartment.
The apartment is clean and neat - not cluttered with unnecessary stuff .
The location is central - 5 mins to Rialto bridge , 8 mins to St Marks square .
Nothing to not like about the property.
Access to the apartment could be challenging for some - about 12 steps upstairs

Very beautiful, exceptional clean and the host was wonderful..
He waited for us at the ferry terminal and also kindly walked us to the ferry terminal on our return trip.
There is a supermarket downstair which made staying here super convenient.
Book early if you are going to Venice...this is a 💎

Beautiful, very clean apartment located close to the Rialto bridge and vaporetto stop. On a quiet street with a good grocery store nearby, and a nice neighborhood for walking. Shutters fasten to keep out morning light. Well equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a washer AND dryer. Our hosts, Angela and Tito were wonderful. We got prompt responses to any questions we had. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They had lots of suggestions of places nearby for food and sights. We went to the nearby Scuola Grande di San Teodoro to see Baroque opera music, complete with costumes and amazing music in a historic concert hall. Highly recommended.
Small thing but the bed was not the most comfortable.

The location was exceptionally good, right in the tourist centre of Venice yet quiet and private. The hosts were a wonderful couple - friendly, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was everything we had hoped for. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and well appointed. It was a joy to escape from the crowds and heat of San Marco to our little oasis of peace and cool, less than 4 minutes walk away.
The entrance door and stairs to the apartment were slightly off putting at first but, once you remembered that the building was probably at least a couple of hundred years old, became much less so. The bed was a tiny bit unsupportive but that is probably more noticeable to elderly(ish) guests like us.

Flat was in an excellent location that was easy walking distance to all major attractions and short walking distance to the water bus stop at S. Angelo. Owners easy to contact and very helpful during arrival and during the stay.

The location is excellent in a relatively quiet area yet close to San Marco square and waterbus stop. The appartment is comfortable and well equipped. The check-in and 'onboarding' with host Christina was superb.

Beautiful place and nice quiet location on the second floor. Host was very pleasant and helpful with ideas and recommendations. An impeccably clean sun-lit apartment that is outfitted with all the amenities of an urban home complete with washer, dryer, and serviceable kitchen. Lots of light and ventilation and windows have shutters to block the morning light if you need to sleep in. Air conditioning too but we didn't need it much in early September. Convenient access from Airport via a boat ride from the airport to the S. Angelo vaporetto stop, then a short walk.
I can't think of a thing I didn't like. It would be nice to have basic condiments in the kitchen but this is not allowed by regulation, so if you intend to use the kitchen you may need to buy a few items at the local store down on the canal.

Tito and Angela are exceptional hosts of their apartment. Communications were not only almost immediate but also very informative. Tito and Angela met us at the public boat service (Vaporetta), walked us to the apartment and showed us their apartment in detail. Upon request they provided us with travel information as well as local activities that were currently happening. They also provided some names of their favorites restaurants, several of which we went to. The food was not only delicious, but affordable and frequented by locals more than tourists.
The apartment is perfect for a couple, comfortable, very clean and in a quiet local neighborhood. For us the washer was a great plus! Location is great with easy access to many of Venice's sites via the Vaporetta (only a short walk from the apartment) or within an easy walk through the streets of Venice.

Really pleasant and well equipped apartment with perfect location in the middle of the city. Tito and Angela were very caring hosts making sure we had a good trip. 10/10 recommendation for a young couple.

The apartment was huge! Came with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer + dryer. Tito was amazing too and met us at the Rialto bus station to lead us to the apartment and then hand over the keys. He also recommended so places to eat which were great!

The property is run by a wonderful couple who have great recommendations for Venice and made our experience here even better. The flat is situated near Rialto, although it is central and near touristic points of attraction, it is very quiet and conveniently located to the essentials, such as various shops, bars, restaurants etc.
The flat itself is very comfortable with all the essentials one would require to have a pleasant stay in Venice. Will definitely return to Rossini Apartment and will recommend it to others!
