Perfect location for nightlife, plenty of bars and restaurants. Also close to the Bts and Mtr stations. Plenty of shops and street vendors. Very lively and busy. Also easily available taxis etc.

Only dissatisfaction was with the room view. My room was facing the city side not much of a view from the 6th floor.

The location is good. The apt is nice and clean.

No service at all. Reception cannot speak English and could hardly explain how the door lock system is working. No cleaning included, even change of towels after 3 days can only be done with extra charge.

Location and security

Hot water, cleanliness was average, walls need a wipe and maybe a few extra towels and a clean on day 3 of 5.

Pool loungers were broken, no storage for luggage after checkout and no hot water?

We stayed here two weeks before moving back to Europe after 5 years in Bangkok and moving out of our condo due to shipment of our furniture. Location for us was chosen due to our kids in school on soi 15. Otherwise, this soi is very busy and known for bars, clubs and very loud at night which we did not look for. This place turned out to be facing a quiet area and 1 minute walk to 7 Eleven (2 of them) and Villa Market with western groceries. We heard nothing from the party side of soi 11. Very greatful for that! Able to connect to Netflix and overall smart TV. Wash machine in apartment (balcony) was convenient. Comfortable bed and nice tenants around. Guarded 24/7. Airconditioner worked very well.

We rented two apartments where one was missing some kitchen utensils and cooking ware and coffee mugs. We also ended up not having TV channels in the same apartment.

Swimming pool/gym

It would be better to put the security id and card together.

The apartment was a good size and nice and clean and tidy.

I would recommend booking prior to arrival as it took some time to get access because apartments are individually owned and they need to contact the owner to organise the lift swipe card and access code for the door.

Amazing value for money! Fantastic location, very comfortable flat with couches convenience of full-size fridge and other amenities for my long-term stay. Just 5 minutes’ walk from Bumrungrad Hospital where I had surgery. Brilliant amenities, great host. Everything spot-on!

The room is comfortable, facilities are good!

The place is a little far from MRT station, but you can take motorcycles from station to the place, so it’s still convenient
