We didn’t opt for and property has no option of breakfast. Location is great, few minutes walk from basic commodities and 5-10 minutes walk from center. Air conditioning works very well. Property is fully equipped.

Keys were easy to get as it was left on the breakfast table in the “open” unit and we were instructed to do the same on checkout.. building and unit is old and damp. Tiny cockroaches comes out from drains. Leg of downstairs couch and mid leg of bed broken. (These were reported few hours of stay but we were told maintenance wasn’t available). Shower curtain is dirty and has molds. Electric wire for the shower downstairs is exposed to water. We wished the second bedroom would have a proper bed.

I like that it is very accessible to stores and restaurants. Walking distance to high street.

I booked for 6 people. On the description it shows that there is 2 double bed and 1 single bed and sofa beds both in the masters and living room. What we have was 1 double bed and single bed on the floor the sofa beds were small couches that will not fit an adult my sister had to sleep on the floor. Me, my husband and my daughter had to squeezed ourselves in the double bed. The place needs a thorough cleaning. It is infested with cockroaches and you'll see them roaming around toilet, carpets and cabinets it is every where. The living area smells like sewer. Sometimes it's bad sometimes it's OK. The carpet is so dirty, the pillows were so bad. We came late and only dropped our bags when we got it and left right away to eat. When we got back to use the toilet that's when we see at least more than 20 small and big cockroaches in the toilets running around. I called the caretaker that night to fix it and to ask for another bed. No reply. Called again the next morning as I found 3 cockroaches playing in the living room (took pictures of them) no response. Messaged property owner no response. Had to contact booking.com to reach out to them. They finally answered and was told they'll come and fix it. Send the property owners pics of the roaches no apologies. We went out all morning till after lunch to give them time to fix it but when we got back no one came to fix it. The caretaker came after we came back. She wanted to spray the unit but I have 2 toddlers inside. Had to take them out again just for her to do that. They sprayed but cockroaches are still around. I will not recommend this place

We did NOT like the place at all. Old and dirty... bedroom upstairs very dangerous timber stairs - one needs to be ultra careful not to fall off as NO rails. Old and smelly as well.

Host was NOT accommodative... difficult to make contact. Should NOT be a host. Do not recommend this place as expensive and NOT good at all... !

Good location.

Room was not cleaned from previous renters when arrived. Wasnt able to check in until 5pm since cleaners had to come clean. Cleaners didnt change all the pillow cases and sheets and sprayed cleaners to mask the smell. There were also small cockroaches in the kitchen.

we had a nice comfortable overnight stay. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends. The location was perfect, there’s a mini mart at the lobby too. we will surely choose to stay here, if we visit Philippines again. :)

great location space wise, it’s good. kind staff.

technically, it’s clean. but, the ac seemed to have not been cleaned for so long. artificial flowers were dusty which cause most of us having colds.

Location is all it has going for it

It’s not luxury as stated, sleeping 5 is not realistic, and it could do with a real good cleaning.
