Nice sea views from 31st floor. Good support shops nearby - convenience stores, laundry facilities, coffee shops.
My flight was early morning arrival, I was offered early check in.
1. WIFI is really poor - weak signal and intermittent on/off.
2. Room - relatively clean
3. No hand towels and hand soap in bath room.
4. No extra pillows
5. No instructions to use the induction stove.
6. Poor Gym facilities
7. Middle of stay, I was interrupted by host to request for car park access renewal - not acceptable.

Love the view and the beds was big , sufficient for my family. The sofa was a plus too. One person can sleep on the sofa. Design are marvellous felt like we're in hotel. Superb!

location is good. Just 10min's walk to the center area. And the building is new，having a great sea view. The self check in&check out is convienient. And the room is very clean and lovely.
Hope there is a locker to put luggage before the check in time. This time we luckily store our luggage in the cafe next to the Tower1 entrance. By the way，It‘s great to have this lovely cafe next door.

Very nice and comfy apartment. Nice sea view. Very close to the nearby jetty for island hopping. Very helpful host.
The building only have 2 working elevator when i arrived Sun night. Have to wait for 15 mjns for the lift. But the next morning all the 4 lift are operating.

There is quite a lot of cafe downstairs. There are laundry as well
The Garment Steamer was not working well, quite hard for us to straighten our clothes. Perhaps you can provide regular iron instead

Great view, short walking distance to island hopping jetty. Parking is easy in the building. Compact unit, great for island hopping itinerary.
No place to hang clothes in the bathroom. Showerhead is hard to figure out. Not that recommended for family with elders, not much to do nearby if not for island hopping and relaying on public transportation.

Television is a bit too small in this day and age.

We had a pleasant stay. The sew view was awesome. Good location as it's close to the Jesselton Jetty where we went island hoping. The property has a couple of self-service laundromat which is so convenient for us to do our laundry after our trips. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.
There was no clothes hanger in the smaller room.

Nice view, good location.
Our stay was very much overshadowed by the extremely strong smell of moth balls in the apartment. All our clothes and luggage absorbed this very bad smell. We told the host but they didn’t do anything about it or offer any compensation. This ruined our stay.

Liked Everything! Spacious rooms which have a great view of the ocean, clean and complete kitchenware for those who prefer to cook during their trip. Walking distance to the city, which means it was very easy to look for food closeby too. Definitely recommend to stay here!

It has a very beautiful view of the sea and the water village around Gaya Island .
At the ground floor, there is a good Indian Muslim Restaurant with nice food.
