Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment ideal for a family stay - great views, very well appointed modern apartment, lovely shared space and private off street parking.
You do need you're own vehicle for access to/from Jindabyne (5 minute drive)

The beds were very uncomfortable. The walls were not well insulated from the next-door unit, we could hear their voices and even worse when they went out onto their verandah. Given the price, it was a very disappointing experience.

The tidiness, the view was super and easy to access with basic needs, on top the neighbourhood was very nice and quite.
My kids loved it, definitely we will book it again for next year holiday.
Only to watch out for front yard steps abit scary upon arrival.

Location was great. Sunset across the lake, viewed from the balcony was a very nice start to our stay. Entry/laundry room had good and sensible facilities for drying damp (snow) clothes.
It seems to be a very new property, certainly comfortable and pleasant, but it just needed some finishing touches.

Our hosts Scott and Luke. Luke was prompt, professional and courteous in answering our queries. He and his brother Scott helped us in resolving a lodging related issue in no time and personally looked into the issue and made sure that my family is comfortable with the solution.
The property in itself is impeccable and gives you a very Scandinavian feeling, as if you are back in a hiking base camp in Norway :). Nice views of lake.
Nothing apart from known facts that the property is in East Jindabyne and main shops are located in Jindabyne which is at 10 min drive from property. The shops in Jindabyne are very crowded in season, imagine queueing up in woolies for eggs and I am not talking about queue for payment.

Spectacular view and sophisticated design.
The owner asked us to clean all the dishes and stack back to the original places plus bring all the rubbish and recycles out to the bins on the street otherwise will be fined, it’s definitely asking too much for the price of the accomodation, that means all the dishes we have used were cleaned by the previous guests!
The water pressure for shower was low with unstable water temperature, also the bath plug in the bathtub didn’t work properly.

Exceptional house. Gorgeous view. Thoughtfully stocked with Quality amenities and cleaning products, cling wrap, paper towels etc.
Driveway very steep and scary! Thought there could be some larger serving bowls and pots as it sleeps 8.

The thought put into this accommodation was fantastic, obviously skiers stay there and the drying room with all the hangers and hooks was fantastic, very impressed. We have always wondered why all ski accommodation doesn't include gear space, these guys did and it was the first thing we noticed. Thank you.
Just needs a blind on the window in the ensuite to bottom bedroom. Whilst we stayed there, our neighbours were all out on the driveway with heaps of kids and could see straight in.

The steep driveway. Was almost impossible to drive the kia carnival up it. Ended up parking off street

Everything is absolutely perfect! Nice mountain view, high quality kitchen/lux bathroom, plenty of spaces, fireplace, everything you name it they have it there. We stayed 4 nights for a ski trip, gloves/ski jackets/pants were all perfectly dry overnight in the laundry when the dryer is on, ready for the next day. Children’s books in downstairs kids room, comfortable beds, warm dimmable lighting, too much to mention. We will definitely return for the next ski season, and stay longer!
I’d wish there were some blinds for the bathroom window/glass door in laundry. It’s facing the drive way/mountain probably why there’s none.

garage close button inside garage wasn’t working very well. would have loved a coffee plunger and a tea strainer.

- host was extremely accomodating. We ran out of gas for the fire place, garbage bags and dish washer liquid. The host dropped off refills before we were back home after a day out
- great location. only 10mins away from the main town and 40mins to Thredbo

Perfect place, perfect location, user friendly. Would highly recommend this to anybody and will definitely be the go to for accomodation in Jindabyne!!!

the Kunama townhomes were gorgeous for our quick stay to go climb Mt. Kosciuszko in Thredbo. we were impressed with modern layout, amenities, and gorgeous views.
We read about the steep incline in the driveway, but being here in the summer it was totally fine though I can’t imagine going down or up in the winter though.
The only other things were it would be nice to have shades in the bathrooms and on the front door as we felt pretty exposed despite the town being pretty quiet.

Would recommend supplying some smaller coffee cups that fit in the coffee machine and don’t require you to use two pods to make a decent coffee!

Excellent property with all the modern facilities you ll need in a holiday house. great views from the balcony and rooms. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Exceptionally well designed house. We had a wonderful stay over the new year break. Highly recommend for anyone who visit Jindabyne area.
