Clean appartment, good and friendly security, big swimming Pool 25m, 2 supermarkets in the front, beach distance 300 m... good restaurants around. One word, perfect for this price!!

Super friendly owner, who responded quickly to questions. Nice swimming pool. Good to have a washing machine available. For a couple the room is large, for a family of 4 not so much. It's near the beach and near food options. Clean. Very friendly staff, especially the security at the gate, always smiling!

Unfortunately we had a lot of noise from a temple festival right across the room. No one can do anything about it and of course it's part of Thailand, but it really disturbed our peace for every single day (5) that we stayed. The owner was very sweet and even offered us another apartment, but we already unpacked and installed ourselves so it didn't look attractive to leave either. Wat in the sink is not running through. For 4 there are not enough real sleeping spaces. The sofa is small and uncomfortable and so is the very thin floor mattrass we used.

The apartment is very clean and spacious, and the owner provided all sort of things for the guests, like coffee, Milo, strawberries and snacks, a premium TV package, high speed internet, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. It is within walking distance to the Khao Takiab beach, the Hua Hin beach and the Khao Takiab monkey temple. There are many restaurants and convenience stores just outside.

The apartment administration was too cautious about the covid-19 outbreak in Thailand and decided to close the swimming pool and the gym.
