Perfect location and beautiful apartment. We had a lovely patio outside our unit. The apartment was quiet even though it was on a pretty busy street close to the centre. Staff were wonderful.

Great TV but a little funky to operate and a bit laggy.

The place was clean and was walking distance to all; resturants, grocery store, drug store and shops.

We booked it for a Sunday-Friday stay. Unfortunately we missed our flight and arrived on Monday. The building is a very old building and tho our unit had a little balcony, it was not usuable as it was very dirty with spider webs all over. The front door had very scary hand marks on the glass. When we arived Christine met with us and showed us around. We left our bags and went to town. When we came back later in the evening, two of us went to shower and ran out of hot water in the middle of the shower. we called christine who drove 45 minutes to verify but was unable to help. we had three small kids with us that needed a bath and we had to boil water and try to wash them. Christine gave us a key to another unit to use the shower but it was very inconvenient to take the kids to the other unit. The next morning the water was warm and chritine texted around noon to check.....In addition the washer was extremely loud and the door would lock and you had to wait until it would unlock....

There was even a fireplace so when it's on it's super hot, but very good atmosphere.

The cleaning was once a week, not often enough.

Location, parking and overall apartment. Host was wonderful and I would definitely go back.

Living furniture was a little dated, worn and uncomfortable.

The host was lovely and very accommodating and it was an exceptionally large and nice apartment.

It was value for money; it was very spacious. It was very accessible to all places in Montreal. Christina was very helpful. The place was really safe.

Cristina was so kind and attentive. letting us in early , bringing anything we didn’t have. it felt like a proper home which was what we needed that weekend.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had from a host and the location was an easy walk to Old Montreal. Altogether a wonderful place to stay. It even had a private terrace on top of the building.

Relation quality-price is excellent, location is a Huge advantage.

Check in really long, you. red to sign contract, this wasn’t ready plus need to arrange the time with the person so be ready to wait a little bit. Message sent prior our booking was confusing, they mentioned a lot of extra charges so when I asked for guidance to confirm if this was extra the price shown, (cleaning fee and extra taxes) answers like “Google it” weren’t really appreciated. However the person who received us was nice, thank you Cristina! (She’s really good recommending stuff) and apartment was comfortable, still I’d recommend you to book Auberge du Carré St-Louis, better, cheaper, fastest, nicer!

Wonderful location. Within walking distance to mall, Chinatown and Old Montreal.

Christine was more than helpful and did everything to make sure we were happy. Very professional and friendly handling.

The smell in the hallway was a bit odd. But the apartment was super clean and fresh.
