Love location and place

Location was great & the property manager was easy to get ahold of & accommodating. There was a bike we could use for leisure.

The pans should be replaced. Kitchen cabinets had damage. Freezer for the Refrigerator did not work. Clothes Dryer did not dry the clothes well. There was rust on the bathroom shower rods. The carpet on the stairs was pretty stained. Upstairs got pretty hot compared to the down stairs.

The unit had three bedrooms upstairs that were spacious. The location was easy to find off Padre Blvd and a short walk to the beach.

The upstairs took a while to cool off upon arrival and turning on AC unit.

i loved that the property was very spacious and had a homey feeling to it. The property was clean and in a great location. i would stay here again

The property was great, good location, quiet at night, and overall had a great time with family.

there were some minor things that I didn’t like. The microwave would not work and we had to restart the breaker to get it to turn on. There was also an issue with the AC but it got fixed quickly with the assistance of our host.

The washer amd dryer were not in service and i was charged extra 300 for having a guest for dinner.

Well there was about 10 things I didn’t like. 1: The A/C on on 80 degrees upon arrival so it was extremely hot. 2: The fridge/freezer we’re both turned down on 1 so was cold and we had food ruin since it didn’t get cold till the next day. 3: There was sand on bottom sheet of King bed. The sheets looked clean and I hope they were. 4: The king bed was not very comfortable either. 5: Only had one wash cloth in both bathrooms. Had 5 people staying. 6: Patio was really dirty with cigarette butts and beer tabs and trash. 7: Grill was rusty and nasty, wouldn’t use it. 8: A/C would not go below 78 degrees. So it was extremely uncomfortable. Wasn’t able to sleep cause it was sooooooo hot. 9: Lot of families there so wasn’t quite at all. People above us was so loud stumping around. They had 4-5 kids. 10: So if you want a nice cool place, quiet nights, food/drinks cold, no sand in bed and ect. I don’t recommend this. Especially for the price I paid.
