We had a wonderful stay at the condo! All the facilities exceeded our expectations. The view was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the beds were really comfortable! We had all we needed for the perfect weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! The accomodations we're great! I think our favorite thing about this condo was the walkout to the beautiful patio area! The view from the room was fantastic! There are many things to venture out and enjoy from this location. Short walk to the beach, which is beautiful! The owners were great at responding to our questions.
This is a two bedroom unit. We had two couples, two cars. There was no parking available for the second car, however, we were able to pay for a spot at the apartments next door, but $100 for the week. I would suggest the owners try to make arrangements somehow for second car parking.

Location great food,groceries, fishing, beach in walking distance. Out the sliding door thirty feet to fishing dock all new construction complete with benches rod holders and bait station.
Condo very clean we'll equipped and homie so much better than any hotel stay.
Maybe a privacy door of some type ,oñ the first bedroom entrance to conceal passing to and from bathroom.

Beautiful home in a lovely setting, with a pool, outdoor eating area, and minutes from the beach. Home equipped with all comforts you could need and more. The owners were very quick and helpful in responding to any question. Highly recommended.

The location was awesome. Just between the gulf and the bay. Access to the bay via the backyard. Barbecue available.

Location was great and close to John's pass which we love. Unit was spacious and was steps from the water and able to walk right out to the beautiful patio to sit and relax and have coffee in the morning or anytime. Pool looked great although too cold during the time we were there to use it. Nice welcoming touches such as our name on the welcome sign, plenty of snacks around the apt. and coffee maker and k-cups supplied as well. Great communication with owners as well. Thank you for a great vacation.
If we had to say anything we didn't like, the bed was a little hard for our liking. Could also have used more bath towels as well.

This condo was awesome! It was clean, roomy and had everything you need for a great vacation! My favorite part was walking out the back door onto the patio and deck where we could see dolphins and a beautiful sunrise! Best condo I’ve ever stayed at!

We loved the walk out garden view of the channel/harbor. Lovely mornings outside on the garden patio with tea or coffee watch the waterfront. The beach was a short walk across the street. Parking was very close to the front door. My husband was recovering from a Double Bypass heart surgery. Your property was a perfect place to heal. Thank you.
We did not find anything wrong with the property. It was just lovely. just what we expected and much much more. Yhere we’re baskets filled with mini bags of pretzels, popcorn to pop, and baskets of candy everywhere. And the kitchen was fully stocked. If only our Marriott timeshare could make us feel so like family!

We simply loved everything! The condo was very well equipped with everything you may need, like tea and coffee, soap, spices, even popcorn!
We loved the beach chairs and umbrella!
The view and the pool were beautiful, it was perfect and we would always stay there again!

nice patio and pool area. the unit was very quiet, clean and safe. had everything we needed. close to the beach, bars/restaurants and Publix. free parking with designated spot.

We loved everything about this condo. We loved the location, the beautiful outdoor area overlooking the water, and of course the size and cleanliness of the unit. We were within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and night time entertainment.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like about this place. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully next time we can.

Can I say perfect! The place was clean and beautifully furnished. Incredibly well stocked for everything. The view of the bay out the back patio was stunning. Located across the street from the beach. No need to bring anything with you but your clothes and some groceries. Chairs, towels, coolers you name it, it was there. So incredibly comfortable. The laundry room was around the corner and private with new washer/dryer. Just bring your detergent.
The only small problem was the water pressure in shower. Not really noticeable especially with all the positives!

The condo was nice, the location is nice, the property is nice. They include a lot of things. The host was awesome and let us check in early.
The worst thing was the bed. ☹️ It had some huge lumpy cover on it and it was so uncomfortable. Our backs were killing us in the morning. There was a party in the condo above us going on well into the morning hours and we could smell weed all night. So, not much rest.

The place was absolutely gorgeous, we love the location, we could walk to things,,out our back door was the patio, the pool,, I think it was the best apartment there, and everything was super clean, the people around the place were nice, we really enjoyed it... it was definitely the cleanest place we stayed on our 19 day trip around Florida..👍💕💕🥰
The only thing we didn't like, was the people above us, were way too noisy late at night and early in the morning, they weren't very considerate of other people...

The condo was clean. Everything that I needed was already there. Even down to kitchen seasonings. The people were friendly and beach was accessible, no crowds, beautiful.
