Stairs and found hair in the linens

The view was great. It was relaxing and perfect for the vacation.

Clean couch bed once in a while and cushions. I wish that the pool was opened for the kids.

The location by the lake was beautiful and relaxing.

From the beginning, i could not tell where we were suppose to stay. We knew u it 6 by the email but then we finally found building 71 in what i would consider fine print on the email. There was a broken glass in kitchen and when we warmed up something in microwave, a plate cracked. 3 or 4 blinds were broken and fallen down and we did not know how to get extra towels or toilet paper. We went into diamon reaort for towels and toilet paper and i.have stayed there before so if i hadnt, i would not have k ow rhat it was ok to go to another property to use pool, putt putt, etc. I.have been to Branson SEVERAL times and i.have never stayed in a more confusing place and will not stay there again.

Location, scenery and close to the pool for the kids.

I did not know it was on the top floor when we booked it. I just had knee replacement 5 weeks ago. But we made it work.
