The apartment is big and the atmosphere is nice!
It is old, smelly and dirty. In the bathrooms there is not even soap! And there are a lot of insects. The shower is broken and it seems that nobody takes care of the apartment.

The only good things about this place are the proximity to the beach and supermarket as well as the guard/concierge who was very helpful (this is why we are giving the stay a 3/10 and not a 1/10).
The rooftop terrace was not in use and we only found out after check in. We would have never booked this accommodation if we would have known this. We contacted the host regarding and they lied stating that the renovations were already done, when in fact the roof top terrace was in a very filthy state with renovation debris everywhere.
Also: The shower did not have hot water. There was no housekeeping during our two week stay - we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy it ourselves.

Everything was devastating and horrible experience. The owner was so rude and unprofessional and refused to refund our money due to the condition of this property not as advertised. I had to go through a lot of hassle during my holidays travelling long way to Mauritius.

nothing. a huge scam to the very end of it. be aware of this property - it does not correspond any of the pictures on booking!!!!
there are no words to come up with to describe the level of dissatisfaction, first time I faces such a scam over booking.com the old unpleasant furniture, non working facilities and the amount of leakage + not a single time we were able to reach out to the owner over the provided phone for any sort of solutions. everything is dirty and unclean. for thé official complaint the reply way simple - it’s not new hotel, sorry. this is all we had. booking did not support any of our claims neither suggesting to leave the review only. so be careful - you won’t have any help whatsoever if choosing these guys

The shower hot water mixer is weird: Sometimes too hot sometimes too cold. Hot water finishes in the middle of my shower...

Good location, 5 minutes walk to beach and shops as well as several restaurants.
Great views up the steps on rooftop terrace. Good communication from owner and Esu was also great to deal with. Climbing stairs was good excersise!
Was dirty when we arrived but owner quickly sorted out a cleaner to come again next day. There was a disgusting smell coming from pipes in bathroom that made us feel sick in the night and couldn't sleep. It was mentioned 3 times during our week stay and cleaner did try to fix it and was ok for a day before it was back again.
Please note there are no views from penthouse apartment windows, only from rooftop. Also the hot tub is not hot but cold. You have the rooftop only to yourselves if no one else is up there at the time.

i really liked the place and especially the location close to all amenities
Toilet: no bidet or toilet douche and in the mater bedroom toilet the water was always accumulating and turning into a flooding

big double bed, nice shower and nice rooftop terrace view
no security at night after 10/11pm (anyone could open the gate to come into property), towels had very bad damp smell, not beachfront as advertised (7/10 min walk to get to the beach), not in a well lit area so didn’t feel safe at night walking back home as two women alone.

The cutlery needs updated, some repairs to electrical sockets n plugs,the towels to be replaced ASAP, the handle of the oven broken etc
Security should have all information at hand ie Police ,
Fire brigade phone numbers a weekly briefing etc

Clean, kitchenette (adequately but not very well equipped), 10 min walk to shops and the beach.
The manager was responsive but, unfortunately, there was much to fix.
The apartment did not look like the photos advertising it and also had many shortcomings on our arrival: toilet seat was broken, safe didn't work, jacuzzi needed to be cleaned (and is not a hot jacuzzi, as expected), telly had no instructions (and no English speaking channels), 6 flights of stairs up and no lift (acceptable for some, like us, but may not suit others as no lift available) etc.

Water stops at 21:00 and comes back only in the morning at 8:00. Can’t use sink, toilet, shower till morning. Stains on the ground. To early check out (10am).
