Simple and close to the ski fields - perfect for what you need

Much better value for money than other overpriced accommodation options in Niseko. It was warm, well-provisioned with kitchen equipment but also cleaning supplies and toiletries, clean and good communication with the team. Wonderful view of Mt Yotei nearby. Good wifi. Allocated parking. Tea shop selling lovely baked goods and hot drinks across the road.

Mattresses were a little springy and soft.

I rented the upper floor appartement - and was asked online for all necessary questionary and formulars to check-in easily. I arived evening from CTS and key was just on the table - everything ready to take a shower and sleep. I´ve stayed ten nights without any issue; appartment is fully equippped - even with awesome views of Mount Fujiyama... If only he were. All in all - I found it very comfortable and Sakura served the appartment very good and cleaningness. Of course = good reasons to come back any time! Niseko is a town and area, I recommend for everyone to visit! People are friendly and accommodating and welcoming.... Cu soon, Trailside...

comfort room. good location near to many places.

It's fairly spacious for a Japanese property if not too many people are staying at once. Very nice and quite compared to Hirafu center, well worth it even if it takes a bit longer to get to the lifts. Nice and spacious shower/bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen + washer.

Location is close to the base of Grand Hirafu. Nice staff and communicate well. Basic necessities are good, apartment building seems newish.

Not much character. No dedicated place for gear and bags. Upon arrival our room was occupied. The mgmt worked quickly to solve the issue, but we were stuck outside waiting for half an hour. The room they put us in was not fit for six people, beds crammed together and two makeshift sleeping spots in the main living area. The size of the apartment is too small for six people, would be better for four or less. The mgmt should not book more than four for this apartment No shuttle to the base. Yes, there is a free town shuttle but it fills quickly and doesn't run on a strict schedule. We waited at the stop for 25 minutes.

the apartment was quite nice for a family of 6 to stay during winter vacation. the facilities provided were meeting our expectation
