The condo is safe and secured
The pool rules wasnt cleared. Got told off we arent allowed to go for a swim and ask all our details.

This apartment is the perfect choice for those who need to stay near the airport. It's within walking distance from Terminal 3 and Ryan, the host, was so kind to wait at the front of the building to 'pick us up' and show us the room. Everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything you could want. Highly recommended.
There was a slightly long 'check-in' process where we had to provide a lot of information at the front desk, which can be a bit exhausting after a long flight. Obviously, a possible 'downside' is that, because it's so close to the airport, it is not recommended for travellers who want to explore Manila itself.

The apartment is located very close to terminal 3.
Its clean, spacious and perfect.
But most special is ryan the host.
He is very friendly, kind and super responsive.
He came to pick up me and mom, at midnight 2.30 am for a very small fee.
After check out, he organized my grab car to terminal 4, a 20 minute drive, and he even payed for that.

Location is the greatest, 10 t0 20 mins to airport depends which terminal are you going, You can get anything and everything you want/need coz there are shops everywhere and the place is spotless., owner is very accommodating and friendly. My favorite is the Chinese resto, the massage and for nails places .
Although the house is spotless it has a smell (oil from cooking something recently and its quite strong) that made me uncomfortable ( very sensitive when its comes to smell and also because I've been exhausted and jetlag)

Amazing host and amazing apartment! There is everything you need (and even more) in it. Ryan was so courteous when I couldn't appear at the first day, cause my flight to Manila was cancelled. He also helped me a lot with f.e. getting a grab and so on. Thanks! I hope that one day I will be able to come back.

•So clean, comfortable and spacious- the bed, bathroom, kitchen and everything you need is there. Free wifi internet.
•Very near to NAIA Terminal 3, a 10mins walk.
•The host Sir Ryan, is very accommodating. Personally he will meet you and he will attend to your needs. Very considerate to all your query. Highly recommended!
•The price is not that to much expensive, best deal for stay.
•Restaurant, coffeeshop and convenient stores is accessible around the areas. Easy access of taxis.

The condo is in a high end vicinity of Resorts World area where all the amenities of a good life including the Casino and excellent restaurants are located. It is only a stone's throw away from NAIA Terminal 3. Conveniently located. Clean. Ryan, the caretaker was very accomodating and helpful. He went the extra mile driving me to Terminal 1 and dropping my cousing off to the bus stop.
Coffe was scarce and there was no fresh milk or coffee creamer. It was like rationed in a jar.

Nice corner room. Better value than the hotels with twice the price in the area if you're looking for a place to rest while waiting for your flight in Terminal 3. Deserves the high ratings.
