Location was good. Lovely view overlooking the ocean and lagoon. You need to cross a very busy street though to get to the ocean.
No wifi in unit. No data channels. Only open view. Lots of stairs to climb to the unit. Furniture very old and unit need some maintenance on inside.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and living areas. The towel and linen change midway through our stay was lovely. The kitchen had a wide array of utensils and cooking equipment. All the appliances worked well. Communication in the apartment, from the hosts via WhatsApp and email, and in the welcome pack was informative and accurate. Location was awesome. We particularly enjoyed going to The Waffle House and the Ramsgate Beach was a favourite.
The shower in the one bathroom is very low - not suitable for adults. The ants were a little problematic in the living area. Updates to the information online need to happen - there wasn't a working aircon but there was wi-fi, which was a pleasant surprise. I struggled with the windows in this penthouse. I should've thought about this when I booked, though. The lack of railings/protective barriers bothered me. I wouldn't recommend this unit if one has children. I have a teenage daughter and struggled with this.

There is some repair needed on the top windows - they leak when it rains. The resultant puddles of water on the tiles make the tiles quite slippery, so a fair amount of mopping up required.

Penthouse was proper for the family.My family loved it so much.A proper view of the beach/see from the Penthouse.
We couldnt find the swimming pool which we needed after a day at the see

The staff went out of their way to assist, even with an exceptionally delayed check-in. The unit is very lovely and spacious. Views from the unit are spectacular.

The views were spectacular
The apartment linen, bedding/curtains were not clean. The staircase lights were not working and it was super dark and difficult to manoeuvre with small kids. A lift to the 4th floor was difficult for the elderly. The black cats roaming the property was also off putting

Great location, comfortable & clean.
Bathrooms need attention. Taps are stiff & old. Shower doors don't close properly. Bathroom drains were blocked on first day & fixed next day. Shower floor was not clean. Water leak at entrance of apartment. Kitchen sink had bad stains.
