Swimming pool available and quite clean. comfortable beds.

Bathroom was dirty. The room as well as the bathroom were not cleaned properly. The air-conditioning was smelly and definitely not disinfected for a long time. If turned on for longer time, you'd smell the mold. Towels were also smelly. Generally it was hard to enjoy the stay due to lack of cleanness.

I have been booking this property quite often because I was satisfied with everything.

Maybe, the pictures are not accurate sometimes. You booked a mountain view but you get a sea view. But the stay is really excellent and it's what keeps me coming back.

I like that it is accessible to everything.

The aircon on the room is not clean that triggered my allergies lead to cough and colds.

Location: center of Cebu City, very accessible to public vehicles and establishments like malls, grocery stores and convenience store (7-eleven) Facilities: aircon, pool, comfy bed and most especially, the hot shower. I also like it that there are stuffs I can use in cooking.

It was conveniently located, lots a restraunts, night clubs, sho[pping. Pool was nice and gym was convenient.

Started off rough, did not get the unit I reserved (no mountain view) microwave full of crumbs and rice cooker had ramen noodles in it (half full). My resevation called for me to be on 32st floor I was placed on 16th, hostess said something about the fact that my reswervation specifically listed a room number that didn't mean anything, I paid her incash and she said she would have to go down to desk to get reciept ( never got a receipt).
