the unit is up to my expectations & the location is easy to access. There's 2 convenient stores located at ground floor, make it easier to buy your groceries. I would definitely book again in the future.

1) Clean and well equipped for short stay 2) Host responds quickly, and very friendly. Host is just so wonderful - I left behind some dry clothes and host has kindly arranged for housekeeper to keep them nicely until my next visit to KK to collect them back.

1) Parking lot is a distance away from the lift, so it might be inconvenient for elderly people who have difficulty to walk although not too far distance.

A bit hustle to find the mailbox room as it's the road side of the lobby. Group traveler need to manage the access card as only 1 access card provided.

Toilet was smelly when we first entered the airbnb and the cabinet is quite dusty

Location is great, walking distance to Imago shopping mall and there are a few good restaurants in this building too. Apart of that, washing machine is provided too.

Unit looked a bit old and partially not very well maintained (not really like those in the photos, sorry).

Whole apartment good for family trip, given early check in and have car parking space.

Location was good - near airport, jetty’s and anything else you need to see in Kota Kinabalu. Check in was easy too.

Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for 3 day stay. Shower gel ran out after 2 showers also. Not enough towels especially when no daily cleaning service provided. No extra bin bags provided. Lots of “ants” in the apartment made it feel very dirty.

I like the room.

Less TV Channel to choose on. Why need seventh days to refund the deposit? Do they need seventh days to check on the room then only can do refund.

Nice and clean apartments! Airconds work perfectly, tv has a lot of channels & loveeee how we could do our laundry throughout our stay ☺️ Location is strategic and justr in front of the Imago Shopping Malls!

we could't use the swimming pool as it was closed during our time due to the rain but all is good!! 😄

Didnt get my deposit, already passed 7 days working days. I donno why need to give deposit in 7 days. It doesnt make sense. Once you checked you, customer should get it. There is no damage occured.

The location is strategic to all places that i want to go..

Was kind of confused initially when collecting the keys

Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom was also clean.

The check in process is very slow if you're looking to check in early. Otherwise it is straight forward. You will have to collect the keys from a mailbox and all entry and exit points require the swipe of your pass. The washing machine was out of order. I always believe that if what you advertised is faulty, then you should provide a compensation/reduction in the booking fee. (this could be a major factor for family's wanting to stay at this place and wash their clothes in the unit) The apartment block is next to a slum, which is not shown in the photos. The slum community will play loud music, so be mindful of that.
