Driver parking was not provided in spite of having abundant parking space in the parking lot

Calm and relaxing environment

It was a bit difficult to find as the boards were small. But overall it is flawless

The Hotel guy informed they don't have the room, so we have to find some other hotel at the last moment. It was a pathetic experience what we had by reserving in advance .

The location is fine, just a 10-15 minute rickshaw or taxi ride from central mangalore, railway stations etc. The hotel apartment block is reasonably well maintained, and has good security. Likewise the apartment is adequately furnished and clean.

The beds/mattresses are uncomfortably hard by Western standards, although probably reasonable by Indian standards. The same goes for the sofas in the living room , hard cushions and you are forced to sit upright, which is not comfortable. A safe to lock away any valuables would have been useful, also some basic kitchen items eg washing up liquid would have been helpful too.

Not a fair dealing from owner. Not very comfortable when owner threatens with fines for everything and charges extra for cleaning…

Apartment was well maintained and kept fully equipped. The host or the lady we were communicating with was very accommodative, would definitely recommend this place

The location was little hard to trace but overall it was nice. Bath towels were not so good to use , would recommend using khadi cotton or Egyptian cotton towels instead

I recently stayed at Aikya Homestay for 3 nights during my Coastal Karnataka Trip. These apartments are fully furnished with all the required amenities that any traveller or family would need. It is in the city center and almost all the key destinations in Mangalore city are easily approachable. The approach road to Aikya is narrow but has ample parking space available. You can easily reach this property using Google Maps. The apartment was clean and we had a pleasant experience staying here. It is affordable and I would strongly recommend families to stay here if you are travelling to Mangalore

There is hardly negative about this property. The only thing I feel can be improved is their in house restaurant on 4th floor should be open from 8 AM for breakfast.
