We liked everything, from the room to the front desk staffs, everyone is very helpful. Thanks! The apt was bright & clean, it's also very well equipped, wifi works great. Will book again should we go visit Malaysia.

Nothing is I like

Aircon not good, the toilet leaking and sink getting stuck. Bad management by maple resources. During booking did not state the room is under this management

Nothing to say special. I can say it’s a big building with managing by several personal renting daily basis with different own rates and rules .

Checking and check out rules .no any staff to move luggage’s we have to do our self.

We loved the location and the rooftop pool. Lots of sights, public transport and Jalan Alor food night market are in super easy walking distance.

The sofa set in my house was really bad condition. It can broke your backbone when you landing on it. Please change it if you sincerely want to give a excellent service.

They don’t care your international traveler you could not change time of flight to check inn hotel comfortable time.. we wait almost 5 hour out side of building in that hot weather but they don’t want to compromise early check inn

It was a very disappointing stay as a whole especially being a family with young babies. At first, we had to change our unit upon checking in as the first unit had a broken sofa which was placed on the floor. How do they except families with elderly people to sit on that sofa which is like sitting on a mattress placed on the floor. it was also covered with a cloth which was very uncomfortable. we were then given another unit with better sofa. Unfortunately we noticed the unit was not properly maintained as it was old. The bathroom in the master bedroom had a blind which was filthy dirty (see the pic attached). If the stain was not something removable, the property should change the blinds instead of leaving them there. How can anyone use the bathtub when it has a dirty blind right above them? the second bathroom also had a damaged blind which was rusty and the bathroom door was broken. this is all an honest review based on our experience. the property should maintain their place and ensure its worth the money that we are paying. the pics speaks the truth.

Very clean suites and very cooperative staff

location is great, can see Jalon Alor from the rooms.

It’s in high need of a deep clean, the rooms are filthy. there is also no bottled water for international guests, despite the humidity and fact that we can’t drink tap water. The beds are uncomfortable and the elevators are dodgy, not working. Our QR codes to access the elevators also didn’t work. All of that could be forgiven if the room was clean, but even our linen was dirty. Disappointing stay.

The place was centrally located.

Cockroaches were in the kitchen

Big appartement at 34. floor with a fantastik view over the city. Very close to a very lively and interresting restaurant street. Nice with a pool area.

The appartment was a bit worn down and not as nice as the pictures. Especially the bathrooms needed reparations. There were no pictures on the walls so it seemed a bit cold.
