VERY CLEAN AND COZY APARTMENT, STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EFFICIENT. Community is very relaxing

The place is good but we werent able to stay because they did not give us rooms because of scammers like you that is on booking.com application. For booking.com you are allowing these people to scam your customer!!!!!!! And ruin Azure name . There was no contact person provided . As they know that we booked and accepted less than 1 day prior to check they are asking docs and details and changing it upon sending . They are moving on circles. Asking 1 doc and changing it . We were not able to check in and ruined the birthday of my child. Very unpleasant experience. Very unacceptable might sue you for this. !!!!

Complete scam. I need a complete refund for the expenses I’ve paid (booking and security deposit) we never got to check in as there was no contact person for the property. Beware and don’t book from this property!
Planning to pursue legal action against the property for this. Apparently this isn’t the first time they’ve scammed people.

I cannot recommend this room. My stay and interaction with the homeowner were extremely disappointing. Firstly, there was no assistance provided, and they insisted on a self-check-in without clear instructions, showing little concern for our well-being. They also required a deposit that exceeded the room's value, which was priced at P1600, while the deposit was P3300, which seemed unusual. Having booked hotels online frequently, I'm familiar with their policies, but I made the mistake of not thoroughly reading everything due to my trust in this booking app.
The room itself had a gloomy vibe, lacked essential amenities like towels and tissue, and there was no one available to assist us since the owners operated from abroad. We decided not to stay in the room and booked another hotel instead. We checked out on September 16th, and as of now, our deposit has not been refunded.
I came across a Facebook post where another guest who booked in March still hasn't received their deposit back, which is frustrating and indicates a concerning pattern. It's disheartening to see people being potentially scammed in this manner. I urge everyone to exercise caution and avoid booking at this hotel. BEWARE!

Checking in and out was so hassle. It was so stressful. The security deposit until now is not yet refunded. I will not recommend this resort to anyone. The worst accommodation ever!

I was endorsed as "self-checked-in" so the key was left inside the room before I arrived. No hassle with concierge personnel as they are accommodating and understanding. I was checked in Bahamas 17A and the room was clean and cozy. Facilities were properly working. I had an overlooking view of the city, the nearest bay, the airport, and SM.
UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 25, 2023: It's almost a month already PLEASE I NEED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND!!
FOR BUSINESS TRIPS, I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ADMIN/ACCOMMODATION: No official receipt, hassle processing, delayed responses.
I wish the contact person was more responsive and approachable. I had a hard time contacting them as they acclaimed to attend to many inquiries but nonetheless, they were able to provide the things I needed for checking in. I hope they will improve their management since they have a very good accommodation.
Too expensive security deposit. Mine was nearly half the total price of my stay and I need to send thru email the docs for a refund it is quite inconvenient for both the customer and the management as well as the processing time.

It is a good location, but i dont want to give any good review for this management to prevent others from booking here. First of all, if you are a foreigner, it is hell to book this place bc you have to pay a deposit and you have to be in the country for that. For a refund, i didn't even get any refund from them since they promised they would be refunding after 14 days. They quit communication when it was time to refund the money. This is literally worse customer service. Also, the room was full of cocroaches. i complained a couple of times, and they didn't respond to my complains.

Their after-sales service is bad. They have a policy of 14-day reimbursement of safety deposit refund.
I sent an email for a refund last May 2, 2023. Received a system-generated response with instructions of what are the needed details for the processing of the refund. I sent the full details last May 4, 2023. No one acknowledges my email, even my message on WhatsApp. Few days after still no replies. Then I followed up last May 7, May 9, May 10 and Today May 14. They still do not reply to my messages.
"For security deposit, Note that you should be reimbursed within 14 days banking days _(excluding weekends and holidays)_ upon check-out. Your deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or your chosen preferred method, subject to an inspection of the property. Note that all bank charges related thereto _(if applicable)_ shall be for the account of the guest. Kindly note that the *NO SIGNED CLEARANCE SLIP NO REFUND* policy is strictly implemented."
They do not answer your concern and they keep on replying with a system-generated response.
UPDATE as of July 19, 2023: IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ARE IGNORING MY FOLLOW-UP EMAILS.

what I like out weighs all the negative that is happening now as getting the refund for the Damaed deposit is like squeezing a blood in the person... for a little amount of money - seriously, maybe i should donate it to them for their funeral.
I didn't like the time when the power kept turning off as in brown out but the other rooms are not - only our room because apaprently it is a prepaid electricity - hard to contact the nominated person only via What's app - that has an automated reply of almost the same lithany. So we left sleeping in the hot weather uncomfortably.
Then the pain of getting the refund for the Damaged Deposit when we left the property in good condition and send all y paperwortks as what the rules syasy anyway - very stressful, and even til lnow I haven't got it back - almost 2 months after check out - ridiculous !!!!

The location and building is good. Facilities are good but have to pay per entry. Security is tight. Will hope for free access to all facilities in next booking. (e.g. Gym, Pool).
Poor management is responding to customer's enquires and refund of deposit.
Alot of procedure to fulfill as required by the management. Security deposit can only be paid via Philippine based banks or 7-11, which can be inconvenience for foreigners. Now pending my security deposit to be refunded within 14 days from checked-out.
Update 15 June 2023: Till Date, after checking out for more than 1 month, despite following all the estate management's requirements of submitting document right after checking out, no reply on their part for the refund of security deposit or follow up. Just pure poor management response.

I like the amenities. We had a great stay and my family enjoyed the unit and its amenities.
The self service check in and out and no contact person on site. It is hard to get hold for clarification from the property management/owner/agent. Hope there is an assigned contact for the guest. Also, please issue an official receipt.

The terms and conditions are misleading. The deposit fee was never returned back as promised. They said it will only take 14 days but its been 2 months now and no one is answering my queries.
There are fees that should not be included like electricity fees. NO ONE ANSWERS MY WHATSAPP MESSAGE AND EMAILS ARE BOUNCING!
