close to a beach / water

the floor was not very and everywhere clean, even after the cleaning on the 4th day city center some minutes away. bikes at the appartment would be very good.

Excellent location, bars, shops and restaurants in close proximity. Great sized apartment with all mod cons. Large balcony and smaller balcony were great addition and a lovely garden area to chill out in.

Couldn't fault the apartment. Everything about it was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if visiting Pula.

We arrived at a good time, it was the end of spring, so we were lucky with the price of the apartments. The location of the apartments is excellent. Comfortable conditions, beautiful balcony. What I really liked - a very quiet place, you will not be disturbed by the noise from the street. Convenient parking space. Walking distance to a good pizzeria, grocery store. 5 minutes walk to a small beach. In general, I want to say thanks to this team, we really liked it. With best wishes!

Leeks of water from toilet. Should have been a floor town included.

Spacious apt with nice kitchen area, good A/C, quiet area next to woods.

First thing we had to do upon arrival was mop the floors... too dusty/ dirty to walk barefoot inside. No parking available, so had to park in the woods (not sure if it's legal). Internet was very weak inside the apt since the WIFI router was out in the hallway.

The balcony with the view of the pine forest, gentle breeze and sound of cicadas. Spacious apparent, reliable aircon. Location close to several beaches, restaurants and shops. Here I should emphasise Lokalitet that sells products if the local farmers.

Really minor issue, but glassware was available just for 2, although the apartment sleeps 3 people. We also missed corkscrew opener.

The apartment is really lovely and beautifully decorated. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms, and a large balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, however a washing machine would be really useful, given the distance from any conveniences.

The distance to Pula was further than we thought- it took us about 45 minutes. As parking in Pula is difficult, I would not stay here again if I wanted to explore the city centre. It is in a lovely area though. The main issue was collecting the key- you need to drive about 2,5km to a hotel to collect the keys from reception. Thankfully we were able to leave the keys in the apartment when we left. The street is quite dark, so I was a little nervous leaving our hire car parked on the street, but all was fine.

The apartment is very convinient, located outside of Pula centre, very near to the small beach. We were 5 colleagues and three isolated bedrooms with 3 bathrooms were very comfortable for us. Nice to enjoy wine on the terrace surrounded by fruit trees. We felt very safe, not noisy, we had perfect sleep. The shopping centre is located 15 min walk from the apartment along the seacoast. Smaller food store in 5 min from the apartment. Recommended for bigger families and friends travelling together. Please mind the reception is not in the apartment, you need to go to another spot to pick up the keys.

The check in is not near the appartment, and an alevater is missing, 3 rd floor with havy lagauge can be tuff.
