Spacious third floor appartment in the center of Menaggio, close to everything with excellent view of the lake. Kitchen was very well equipped.
When we arrived the appartment was quite cold (in Jan.), it took the air condition until next morning to heat the rooms up.
Starting the heating before arrival would have made it more cosy.

Perfect location to explore Menaggio from. The property had everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable with all the facilities needed should you want a self-catering stay. The location was great, just a short walk to the ferry stop and centre of Menaggio.
The apartment is located adjacent to a busy road so you are able to hear traffic consistently and deters the use of the balcony. Though not an issue for us, anyone booking the apartment should be advised the apartment is on the fourth floor of the building, which doesn't have an elevator and could be problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It is even better in real life than in the photos. The view is breathtaking from every window, it is spacious, modern and clean. It is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal in one direction and the town centre in the other direction. Menaggio is a great little town and not as busy at Bellagio which we enjoyed.

location excellent. Excellent facilities. large bedroom wonderful views over the lake, which was minutes walk away. if you walk 2 mixup the hill from the apartment you’ll find Lugano’s restaurant which is the best pasta meal in Menaggio well recommended
small bedroom is small. When the beds are separated little room.
The property is on the only road through Menaggio and traffic can be noisy.
The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs no lift. just be aware if you are not mobile

Fabulous appartment. Equipped with everything you might need (and lots more). Huge master bedroom.
Shower in master bedroom drained poorly so sometimes spilled over shower tray and flooded bathroom floor. Front door opened straight onto road (no pavement).

Beautiful view of the lake! The apartment was updated and had everything you would need for your stay and even more! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were very nice - great apartment! The location was a 5 min walk to the town center.
Nothing - it was perfect for our family of 4!

Fantastic location and what a view! Everything we needed was supplied. A beautiful clean modern apartment, very well finished and a lovely place to stay for the weekend. Very close to the ferry, restaurants, supermarket. The welcome box was a really nice touch! Would stay here again.
The stairs might be a problem for some, but we had no issue with them.

Wow! What an amazing apartment superbly appointed, it even has electrically opening kitchen cupboards! Centrally located in Menaggio, with a great view of the lake! It was very hot during our visit and the air conditioning throughout the property was effective and quiet. The property has two bathrooms which makes getting ready for the day so easy. Very handy for shopping and the managing agent nearby, nothing was too much trouble including arranging a taxi transfer to the airport at the end of the holiday.
The apartment is on the third floor, which although not a problem for us could be difficult for those with heavy luggage. One minor issue was the water pressure was generally low when having a shower but this really isn’t too much of problem.
