Great location, good access, clean, very helpful staff

They only provide meagre basics, one hand towel for two bathrooms, one main towel each for two people for five days. Cheap toilet paper, only one mini tube of shower gel for two of us. No working light in the shower, no plugs in the sinks. In all, the apartment hasn't had anything but a lock of paint since it was made, everything is old and damaged. The company demands a cash deposit and only offers a credit card option when pushed. Then they charge you the credit card fee on top. The entire set up seems heavily weighted for the benefit of the agency, and not the customer. The sofa needs cleaning too as the edges are all brown. One of the bedside lamps doesn't work. The price does not reflect the quality of the place. They need to make some upgrades and give a better feeling of quality to the place.

Very narrow check in window with additional charge of 150 aed for check in outside of this time slot. No idea why they don't just do a self check in

Staff was not really prompt at checkout, needed to wait almost 30 mins after the agreed meeting time for someone to come check the apartment and return the deposit...
