The Staff, Mr. Hakim was extremely friendly. He ensured that we got every help we needed and eased our checking in and out.

Stayed there fr new yr. Dark at nite no lights as how in the picture. Rooms smell of old furniture. Cupboards are filthy smell. Kitchen wit limited utensils. No wifi. No netflix. Sofa was dirty Very dissapointing.....no value fr money. Paid more than Rm1000 per nite. Feel so cheated.

Location and nothing else!

1. No WiFi 2. No housekeeping! 3. Forbidden to use oven, induction cooker and washing machine in apartment with no reasons given 4. Parking elsewhere and lobby elsewhere, not user-friendly for families with senior citizens and kids 5. The property advertised an additional sofa bed which basically was a sofa with stains and no additional bedding or pillow was provided. Even when requested they only provided a bed sheet! 6. The hot water supply was not consistent. We ended up having cold showers twice! After complaints the maintenance guy came to solve the heater issue after quite a long wait and yet the next morning, we had the same problem!

the apartment is not clean, smelly . no hot water have to call several time to fix . the pillow is really flat and hurt our neck. not comfortable at all. the picture and real apartment are different not as expected. only spacious the rest i would not stay there anymore.

Would be nice to have a few plates, kitchen utensils. Not able to go up to lobby through the lift from parking area without access card.

the flat is very spacious and location is great.

Check-in experience was very bad. There is a hotel tower where the check-in happens and another tower for service apartments. It took us 2trips going up to open the door and down to the reception to report the issue for the staff to eventually inform us that we had to proceed to the other tower. It should be plain common sense to give directions to guests in case their accommodation are located in a different tower! condition of the flat wasn't great. pillows were horrible resulting in most family members having sore necks.
