Bright 3-room flat on the 1st floor in a quiet, sunny south-east location, approx. 70 m2. Living/dining room with fireplace and balcony (garden furniture available). TV, WLAN. Separate kitchen with oven. 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower/WC/sink and window. Separate WC/sink. Sauna in the house (for a fee). Cosy and comfortable furnishings. Garage parking space. Laundry room for shared use. Pets are allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
Chesa CrestAlta was built in 1980 in the Engadine style and is located at the entrance of the village. The Corvatsch cableway is within walking distance (5 minutes). Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets can be reached by foot. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of other sports can be practised in St. Moritz.

Wir mußten krankheitsbedingt unseren Urlaub um 3 Tage verschieben. Das wurde sehr zuvorkommend in unserem Sinne geregelt.
Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Mikrowelle konnten wir bei Loga ausleihen.
Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das Problem wurde noch am selben Tag gelöst.

Ich habe bei der Schlüsselabgabe am Mittwoch 19. Februar 2020, 9 Uhr, die Reservation für die gleiche Wohnung für nächstes Jahr, vom 3. Februar bis 24. Februar 2021, angemeldet. Aber noch keine Bestätigung erhalten.

Der Tisch im Aufenthaltsraum war bei Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber gewischt.
Es fehlte ein Pfannenwender/-schaber. Das ist zwar kein wirkliches Problem aber unpraktisch, zumal es sich um beschichtete Pfannen handelt.
Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Quartier.
Das W-LAN funktionierte nicht aber wir haben, obwohl Sonntag, umgehend einen mobilen Router bekommen. Guter Service!
