Spend an unforgettable holiday in this exclusive holiday home in the picturesque hills of Montello, just a short distance from Montebelluna. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and green forests, you can enjoy absolute privacy and a breathtaking view. The villa is spread over two floors and offers modern comfort combined with natural materials such as wood and stone. The bright living area on the ground floor with large panoramic windows invites you to linger.
Start the day with a refreshing dip in the pool, which is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace. Relax in the Finnish sauna, which has a large window offering a marvellous view of the natural surroundings. You can enjoy your meals outdoors on the covered terrace and savour the peaceful atmosphere to the full. Let yourself be enchanted by the tranquillity of nature, book a massage or take part in yoga classes.
Go hiking, cycling or Nordic walking in the nearby forests. For the more adventurous, there are opportunities for skiing, paragliding or rafting in the Dolomites. Wunderschönes, helles, blitzsauberes Haus. Total ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Große überdachte, windgeschützte Terrasse. Toll gepflegter Garten mit Olivenbäumen und großer Wiese. Küche: sehr viele Gläser, viel Geschirr und Besteck, aber keine Schüssel für Spaghetti, keine Käsereibe, nur eine einzige eher kleine Kaffeemaschine, die für den Induktionsherd geeignet ist. Sehr großer Getränkekühlschrank. Schlafzimmer: gute Betten, tadellos funktionierende Heizung, aber kaum Ablagefläche für Gewand und sonstige Sachen, schlechtes Licht bei den Betten und in den Badezimmern. Nirgendwo Handy-Empfang (Kommunikation mit Außenwelt nur via WhatsApp möglich), Wi-Fi nur im Haus. Auto unbedingt notwendig. Achtung: Zum Mietpreis kommen noch recht hohe Kosten für Reinigung, Strom und Gas dazu. Das erfährt man erst, nachdem man die Anzahlung geleistet hat! Trotz dieser hohen Reinigungskosten (in unserem Fall rund 13 Prozent der Miete) mussten wir drei Kaffeetassen - in der ohnehin von uns aufgeräumten Küche - abwaschen, die vom Frühstück vor unserer Abreise (die pünktlich um 9 Uhr zu erfolgen hatte) übrig geblieben waren. Der Hauseigentümer Denis hat uns freundlich empfangen (wir konnten sogar vor der vereinbarten Zeit anreisen) und war während der ganzen Woche unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit zu erreichen.
