the stuff was very friendly but lacks English, they did their best to understand and eventually we got everything we needed. We had free cofee (espresso\latte) from a machine in the lobby, cookies and other free treats in the lobby. It was designed in a way that makes you feel relaxed and home.
The location was 20 minutes off Zakopane and and around 40 minutes from our next destination (Rafting) so location was good for us. Restaurants in a town near by were excellent as well!
The room was a single room with a Loft, that had two single bed mattresses on the floor one after the other. It was a bit too small for all of us. Had i realized i would probably get two rooms instead.

Friendly staff worked extremely hard to keep you happy and make even the smallest details perfect.
A very cool stylish interior like a boutique hotel.
The place was really warm with a beautiful breakfast and really cosy to chill in the dining area with games and warm drinks all day.
It would be perfect if the beautiful stylish curtains actually closed and a bin in the bedroom would be helpful

The atmosphere was lovely and unforgettable.
The staff was helpful and well-organized. I’ve already felt the christmas spirit. The location was perfect, close to every corner of Tatry mountains. I’m definitely coming back soon.
nothing, everything was amazing
