It is illegal to do work on Sundays and hope they will not be working on Saturdays for quiet enjoyment. While we would rather keep a quiet environment for our guests we cannot control the process of development across the court. Please consider this when renting this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property for spring break with our 3 children and my parents. 3 bedrooms worked great with a shower upstairs and downstairs. Location is about center and right in the beach! The home has wonderful windows on the entire ocean facing side of the property. The host stocked the place with some snacks and the home had all working appliances.April 2026 - construction happening directly adjacent to the property creates a lot of noise in the mornings 8am and can go until 5pm - the workers work on the weekends, too. We used a sound machine to try to drowned out the hammering etc. We also ran into an issue where the beach towels we used from the home were stolen from the beach right in front of the property. It was our fault for leaving them unattended - but be aware of this risk. We purchased new towels so future guests will get the benefit of that. We didn’t hear back from the hosts on this issue for a day or so, yet they were very sympathetic once they found out.All in all - actual properly surpassed expectations and the hosts were very caring.

I cannot emphasize how much we loved this house and enjoyed our stay. It's in a very central location with shops and restaurants all nearby within a few steps, but the proximity to the beach is the best part, simply breathtaking! Everything you could possibly need is included with the property. The house easily sleeps 8 people. I cant wait to come back to this GEM! 10 stars if you ask me.
