Great house and Mr. Gene was so easy to work with!

This is a beautiful house with all the amenities. It is very close to the beach and gated access means very good security, not that we needed it in this neighborhood. This place is close to everything you need and then some. The host was very helpful and informational.

Very nice house. Close to the beach. Gene was a very good host. Communication with him was very easy and he made our trip as easy as it could have been. Would definitely stay here again.

This place needs some attention. There was patched holes, everywhere, that weren't sanded down - then painted over with a different color of white. The walls were filthy and in need of a paint job. The first set of silverware I tried to use had left over food stuck to it. It's a nice house, but in serious need of a good deep cleaning and painted inside. I understand it's a rental, but we lived there for almost three months. Obviously, on line pictures doesn't show the inside accurately.
