There is a sofa-sleeper in the living room with a 39" TV and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table for 6 plus 2 counter stools. Gorgeous mountain views from the balcony.
Year-round common area hot tub, free Wi-Fi, shared washer/dryer, elevator and underground parking. Moderate rating.

This property is managed by Park City Lodging so it comes with that support if there are issues. On our recent summer trip, we had some warm days and the property sits adjacent to a hot blacktop and is on the ground level. So even though the outside temp may go lower, the apartment is HOT, with no AC. The apartment is dark and with the proximity to the parking lot, opening the blinds/windows is inadvisable.
Given that this is a professional mgmt company we were able to get moved (at our upgrade expense) to a different property. Be advised - there is NOTHING when you arrive in the kitchen other than minimal coffee, travel sugar packets, and two little servings of salt and pepper.
Would not rent this unit again winter or especially summer.
