Hotel Sailer

Great location, spotless hotel with great breakfast and helpful staff.

Nothing to state. Price was higher than I usually pay for budget hotels in European cities when travelling since lower price hotels were not found in Innsbruck, but this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in - so you get what you pay for. The wooden panelled dining rooms looked great when I walked past although I only used the breakfast room which was also very good. Good selection of breakfast food items. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I was given free travel pass with two night stay by reception and was able to buy Innsbruck card at hotel desk which was convenient since I had limited time in the city (this also gives travel on trams, cable car, Hofberg entry etc).

Very clean Enjoyed all the amenities they provided Staff was very helpful and accommodating

We got an upgrade from a triple room to a 2 bedroom apartment which was great. The girls at reception were lovely and the morning breakfast staff were nice.

To get to the apartment we had to walk through the staff area and the staffs smoking area which was unpleasant. We also heard loud bangs later at night. The lady who was serving us in the restaurant for dinner was not friendly.

Good location, nice area. Had parking area underneath.

The uncomfortable beds. The pillows were like deflated balloons. Tried to contact the hotel before arrival as we were sent payment instructions via WhatsApp. Took a few tries to get a reply and they just confirmed it wasn't them. Not bothered at all. 20 euro to park the car for 15 hours. Bar lady rolled her eyes when she had to bring our drinks over. Just not a welcoming place. 2 triple rooms, one much better than the other.
