Hotel Mondschein

The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk across the bridge from the main old town landmarks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and the staff at breakfast is very kind. The family suite is huge and spacious for European standards. The elevator is also very spacious. It’s also great that they have a parking garage nearby. The hotel knew we would be co-sleeping with our baby in bed and provided very cute bedding for baby.

Nothing.

Very Clean close to everything Gorgeous building The view from the room is amazing

The view the location The breakfast was really great it stands out because it the pink building

Excellent location, very good breakfast, friendly staff

The location was convenient and easy to access.

The service at check-in was disappointing. The receptionist was unfriendly and unwilling to provide her name when asked. Although we arrived early and understood that our rooms might not be ready, no effort was made to check whether at least one of our two booked rooms was available. The interaction felt unhelpful and unwelcoming. The luggage storage area did not feel secure, as our luggage was left behind the bar in an area accessible to others. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but it did not inspire confidence. The hotel did not meet our expectations for a four-star property. The rooms lacked amenities commonly expected at that level, such as a refrigerator, and there was no room service. The carpets, furniture, and overall condition of the property appeared old and in need of renovation. There was also a noticeable stale smell in parts of the hotel.
