The room was quite comfortable and well decorated. The staff was very kind to carry my suitcase up three floors.
It was close to the train station.
It was confusing to find the entryway. Turns out the check-in area is inside the pizza shop on the corner.
While the room was nice, the hallways were not as nice. Dirty with some junk in them. Had to walk up three flights of stairs for the room.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a coffee maker with complimentary capsules.
The hotel is located above a restaurant. I didn't have time to try the food, but it seems pretty decent.
The location is perfect. Very close to the train station.
The shower could be hotter.
I stayed on the third floor, with no elevator. For me it was not a problem.

This review is actually for the Kolbeck Boutique Hotel, not the Kolbeck Rooms. I upgraded to the hotel, because there is no elevator in the Kolbeck Rooms and I have mobility issues. The hotel was very accommodating, charged me a small fee for the switch and gave me an early check in time. So all the ratings are for the hotel, not the rooms!

It was handy to the hauptbanhof and score to locate easily. Beware one side is ritsy and the other boutique so ask. If you aren’t Italian bring your own coffee. Pillows are terrible and give you a sore neck. Check in fantastic and departed at 3am quite easily
No coffee essentials (Aussie) milk sugar etc. We don’t like strong coffee. Pillows were terrible. Bring your own. No lift but staff offered to lug them up for us but being Aussie refused

"Μου άρεσε ότι είχε σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση metro, και ήταν και πάρα πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Αρκετά σούπερ μάρκετ κοντά στο κατάλυμα και γενικά μαγαζιά για αγορές και για φαΐ. Κ..."
