Nagyon tiszta szálloda. Kifejezetten kedves, segítőkész és udvarias személyzet. Biciklit is béreltünk amiben a recepción azonnal segítettek. Nagy wellness rész, a szauna részleg kifejezetten modern, medencékből nagy a választék, különböző hőfokkal. Az éttermi kínálat változatos, bőséges és nagyon minőségi.

A parkolást drágának gondolom. A vacsorához az italok fizetősek, szintén nem a legolcsóbb

Beautifully Renovated Spa Bath. Very good sauna and a unique experience shower. There are always enough sauna towels, which are clean and nicely ironed. Pleasant outdoor pool. There are also two thermal water pools where you can spend a relaxing time. The showers and changing rooms are adequate, and there is a centrifuge for drying swimsuits. The restaurant is very nice, and they offer generous meals. All the waitstaff are very kind. Unfortunately, at dinner they charge for the tea that is available for free at breakfast, so the only option – even for drinking water – is to buy overpriced beverages. This is unreasonable, considering that Hungary has excellent drinking water, which should be preferred over expensive and often poor-quality bottled mineral water. The courtyard and gardens are very well maintained. The hotel itself has great potential. Sadly, this cannot be said about room management – which is the biggest downside. The rooms are in dire need of renovation, not only because of the extremely outdated style but also due to the condition of the equipment. In our room, number 2605 • The wardrobe door doesn’t work, it’s stuck. • The shower door is broken off. • The sink is clogged. • But above all, the worst was the air conditioning. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in years, as it made the room smell very unpleasant. Moreover, it couldn’t cool the room at all. The terrace is small and outdated, with an ugly iron railing covered by a metal plate. Even though it’s on the sixth floor, you can’t enjoy the view because all you see is the worn-out metal plate – unless you’re standing. On Saturday, the garden cinema operated at such a high volume until 11:00 PM, followed by loud music, that it was impossible to sleep or even watch your own movie in the room, even with all doors and windows closed. I do not recommend staying here on weekends if you’re looking to rest.

Unfortunately, the steam room was operating at a very low efficiency. The sauna masters were mediocre and boring, just like the sauna rituals themselves.
