Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago

Good location, shows close to the metro. Breakfasts were excellent and the rooms were a very good size. Staff were very helpful.

Bottled water and coffee were extra, which I thought was quite shocking for a 5 star hotel. The panel in my room was broken and I barely slept due to the bright blue light which wouldn’t go off.

The Hotel Regal Pacific in Santiago is superb. The rooms are large and clean, the restaurant and bar are great, the breakfast is fantastic and the whole hotel is extremely good value. As well as all these things, the point I would most like to highlight is the staff. Every single member of staff that we dealt with was kind, friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated this as our bags failed to arrive on our flight from Argentina, and we had an anxious time trying to recover them before we left Santiago to return home the UK. The staff at the Hotel Regal Pacific were so kind and helpful as we tried to locate our bags. They called the airline on our behalf and made various other efforts to help us out. As well as the help they provided, they did so without any fuss, and were also very sympathetic and supportive. They could not have been more helpful and I would like to thank the staff for all they did for us. If I ever return to Santiago, I would not hesitate to stay here. I should say that our bags did arrive... just a few hours before we were due to leave the hotel for the airport and our flight home. We were very relieved. Once again, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is superb.

The hotel is clean, cosy, comfortable with great beds and shower. It has everything needed for a short stay, and is in a safe locality with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff are extremely friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.

No outdoor space, no pool or proper gym facilities, view was into over people’s properties and breakfast was poor
