Hotel é lindo e muito confortável. Cama, lençóis e toalhas de altíssima qualidade, café da manhã muito bom, piscina gostosa e bastante atividades de lazer. Vista do hotel é maravilhosa e tem muita trilha para fazer ao redor do hotel. Ainda ofereciam transfer gratuito para o Cerro Catedral, o que era um grande diferencial.

Tirando o café da manhã, que era muito bom, achei a comida dos restaurantes apenas mediana e muito cara. O hotel é distante do centro, no meu caso não foi um problema, mas para quem quer ir ao centro regularmente, pode ser ruim.

We stayed here for one night during our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it was a regret. In hindsight, we should have stayed at a modern hotel and simply visited Llao Llao for tea or coffee to enjoy the view. While the view from the restaurant and café is indeed stunning, the hotel itself does not live up to its reputation. The rooms are very outdated with low ceilings (a challenge for tall guests) and lack air conditioning. Instead, we had a very noisy, old fan that seemed to be at least 20 years old. The service was also disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Staff were nice, but they were unable to answer basic questions (for example: which one is the best trekking in the area? we were told we could only ask these type of questions to the concierge). Both the room quality and the service level felt more like a 3-star hotel (or lower). Furthermore, the 'SPA' is an overstatement—it consists of just two gender-segregated saunas and a pool area (which included a small jacuzzi). We stayed at another hotel in the Bariloche area that was cheaper, more modern, and had a great lake view. We paid less and it felt way more Luxury. It feels as though Llao Llao relies solely on its name, negleting much needed renovations. The hotel still feel stuck in the 80s and the experience overall for is was definitely not a 5-star hotel experience.
