All in good very nice staff

No laundry

Quite spacious for a twin bed room where I am able to open flat 28' luggage. Basement parking available (validate ticket and pay at lobby counter) Very near to Sendai Morning market and konbini, manageable walking distance to the Sendai Station

Just a point, nothing to dislike. Like some tourism crowded places, Sendai does charge a 300 yen tourism tax per pax.

Price was decent.

Room was rather cramp. Parking was underground and expensive.

The location is good - a ten minute walk to the train station. And there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

I'd asked for a non-smoking room, but the room had clearly been smoked in. It smelt like the furnishings had absorbed the smell over a long period so this felt like it was a smoking room that had been changed over without properly changing the furniture. This is very disappointing and it's as if the hotel management are not aware the effects of tertiary smoking. The temperature of the air con was centrally set and too warm for me. I opened a window, but it didn't open very wide and barely let in any cooler air. This is not what I what I would expect from a four star hotel.
