The best location and the property is stunning. Since it is uphill it offers amazing views. You can park free in front of the hotel which almost no other hotel offers in Melnik due to the way Melnik is built, uphills. The reception staff is helpful and friendly, great to share what not to miss in town. We had breakfast at the restaurant included in our booking, not a huge selection yet but very well chosen and food from local producers. Highly recommend trying the yogurt, the best in our whole stay in Bulgaria. We also had dinner there one time and it was delicious. Weather permitting have your meal on the terrace of the restaurant, the view is stunning.

Very cozy, good location, good and kind of staff . We use the spa was very nice, beautiful and has everything.

There is not elevator, but as I understand from people there it's a town museum which is not allowed for elevator and it's a good exercise

Location was good, on the main street.

It was not clean, the hotel in general is old and run down. There were no clear signs where to find the hotel and there is not clear access, only steps or steep slope by car. It was okay for an overnight stay, no longer.
