We spent a night in the apartment which was comfortable and had all the amenities. The apartment is within walking distance to the old town. The area is calm. The owner was very helpful.
There is nothing I didn't like.

Very quick check in, no time wasting, key was left, all clean and tidy, beautiful terrace, walking distance to the shop and little market
maybe the folding bed was difficult to open, but otherwise everything was great

The apartment has everything you need, even the washing machine with capsules :) There is spacious parking and just down the small hill and you are in center of Stari Grad.
Door of the shower cabin could be bigger but thats just bonus.

Very nice host, big room and big bed, close to the nicest beach (need car), has a parking lot, not too far from the center and a supermarket. Fully equiped. Nice balcony.
Curtains let all the light pass, so we were woken up during the night and early morning every day.
The room is soooo noisy, you can hear everything from the other appartments that are on the same floor or above, and the guests were not particularly mindful. You could even hear toilets from other rooms.
Wifi wasn't working very well.
